I am suffering with constipation from 2001. Suffering one year after I am going to a general md he prescribe try cyclic anti depressants . Relief after3years from constipation , those time I was using alcohol monthly 4 to 5 times .it was become chronic from 2015. Any type of laxatives does not relief , and become worsen . U was treating with all ssri snri drugs and almost 90% of available drugs but not relief . Present take desvenlafaxine 200 mg and Murtaza pine 7.5mg mild releif with them . I was going to nimhans 6 times and I consult 20 and above psychiatrists. Present I was understand my doctor accept that somatic disorder with constipation . In this constipation anal sphincture muscles are tighten , it was cause chronic sons riparian. Use fingers to remove the stools stuck in the sphincter , not take food sufficient , and constipation cause ingunal hernia right and left, prostate neck obstruction. Going surgeries recent. I am basically depression ,anxiety patient.
