Intrinsic psychological factors can affect stomach and gut. For example, irritable bubble syndrome. The treatment for the above condition includes lifestyle, modification, diet, changes, anxiolytic medications for a period of time as indicated by the Psychiatrist, wishing you a speedy recovery. Good luck.
Amongst the tablets you mentioned, clonazepam and etilaam are more of a temporary medicines that will help you immediately. Rexipra is more like something that takes care of the root cause of the anxiety
Consult your doctor if you wish some changes in medication
Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern.
It sounds like you're experiencing anxiety-related physical symptoms, especially the stomach discomfort and appetite loss due to the release of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.
I suggest to take prescribed medicines for the anxiety. Also consider therapy simultaneously for faster recovery. Meanwhile, Practice deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and Progressive muscle relaxation. Maintain a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and prioritize adequate sleep.
