I want to gently tell you—you are not alone. So many high-functioning professionals silently suffer under pressure, deadlines, expectations, and a cycle that never seems to pause. When you say you’re depressed and anxious every day at work, it means your mind and body are signaling burnout, emotional overload, or even misalignment between your values and your current work life. These feelings are not weakness—they’re warning signs. You deserve a life where you don’t wake up with dread and go to bed with exhaustion. Sometimes, anxiety comes from the environment, sometimes from inner pressure to “keep it together” while you’re falling apart inside. Therapy can help you understand the root, rewire your coping mechanisms, and help you build boundaries so that your job doesn’t eat away at your peace. You are not stuck—you’re just overwhelmed, and that can be changed with the right support. Take therapy, and you can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
