Kindly define what have you been feeling bad about? At 15 the possibilities are where you’re feeling peer pressure, you’re feeling left out, your parents aren’t giving you enough attention, the expectations to succeed are too much for you to handle. If any of these are the case, always remember “life is a roller coaster - there are ups and downs” and the downs will teach you a positive lesson which will bring in a remarkable change for the good. You’ll become a wiser, smarter and a very responsible. The good phase in life, consider it as a reward of good deeds that you’ve done. Try and do some meditation to calm your mind, refocus your “feeling sad” energies into doing something productive; so for example, every time you’re feeling sad and lonely, you will go for a run and the run cycle increases by time and km, in turn making you a fitter person. Or for example, every time you feel lonely, you learn something new (attend workshops or groups where you’re learning and amongst people), this way you’ll be happy that you did something for yourself. You’re too young to feel depressed, life is too good and you’re missing out all the opportunities and fun...this is the time to make yourself a better person everyday and that’s when people will look upto you and you’ll be happy within. This is YOUR time, and you’re born to do miracles and be the BEST person you can ever be! Love yourself! You’re free to talk to me or consult for therapies.

What are the reasons you are feeling depressed? Are you aware of them? If yes, can you change the reasons in anyway or you lack control over them? If you lack control, you should grow emotional strength and if you can change, go ahead and do so. You are very young. You should take the help of your parents and seek Counselling help if the feeling of depression persists.
Next Steps
