Sudden sinking feeling
Feeling suddenly depressed ,unable to breath and heavy chest ,hands and feet getting numb ..its happening from last 5 days ..for 5-10 mins several times a day

Consult a physician and he may perform some clinical and lab test like ecg,blood test,bp and pulse check etc. If these are ok then u may suffer from panic attack.Then u must visit a homoeopathic physician for medicinal help and psychologist for counselling help.
