Now a days I feel overstressed due to heavy work pressure in my professional life. I have a 1.5yrs old baby. I 'm lactating mother. After returning from office I become so tired and become so irritable and don't want to talk with anyone. I want to keep silent or spend some time with myself. Even I don't get any interest to do my household chores too. O feel so depressed also. Everyday I have too much back pain. Please suggest me to live a better life.

Hello
I understand your problem. It's a difficult time for you. Motherhood is like this particularly for a working lady. It's ok to feel tired and relaxing and giving yourself time isn't selfish. Approach your support systems and ask for help from your loved ones, try to make a schedule and take good care of your physical health. If you feel distressed to the extent that you're unable to handle everything, you can take a consultation with me.
