It might be due to some past emotional baggages which you were unable to process at that time, or it might be due to something which you are unable to figure out now, Kindly consult a Clinical Psychologist for the intervention.

Hi there,
A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed.A detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every patient to come for a diagnosis and the patient and the management of the case accordingly.
Panic attack can also happen without any stressful event .
For that medications and psychological interventions are also needed. Some of the blood tests are done to exclude some of the medical illnesses which can cause panic like symptoms.
Start doing Yoga exercises and morning walks.
Be positive in your thoughts.
Do consult a mental health professional for further treatment.

Listen anxiety and panic attack may be caused by some unknown reason ... sometimes due to some chemical deficiency and it's due to sometime some stress also but it it's not necessary always ..you may do deep breath exercise twice a daily and 4-7-8 technique apart from tht daily walking is necessary.. nothing will happen don't rush to cardiologist it's a anxiety.. we may start Medicine along with CBT counselling
Yes it looks like panic attack firstly it is non lethal but if it is happening too frequently it will need a psychological intervention so kindly visit a psychiatrist and seek treatment
