Hi, I understand how overwhelming this must be for you. You are managing your health, your daughter, household responsibilities and feeling like you have very little support. It is understandable that your mind and body may feel exhausted.
At your age, hormonal changes can contribute to anxiety, hot flashes, sleep difficulties and low motivation. But considering your diabetes and heart history, please discuss these symptoms with your cardiologist and gynecologist as well.
From my perspective, don't expect yourself to manage everything perfectly right now. Start with one small task at a time, and when worries come, remind yourself that every thought doesn't need an immediate solution. Try creating a simple daily routine with some time dedicated only to yourself.
You don't have to handle everything alone. Taking professional support can help you understand your anxiety, improve sleep and regain confidence gradually.

You're experiencing anxiety, hot flushes, and disturbed sleep while your periods are still ongoing at this age, which often points toward the hormonal changes of perimenopause. Your history of diabetes and stents means this is worth checking properly rather than managing alone.
Next Steps
Please see a gynaecologist to check whether perimenopause is behind these symptoms. Since you have stents, loop in your cardiologist too before starting anything new.
Health Tips
A mental health professional can also help you directly with the anxiety and sleep difficulty, alongside the hormonal workup.
