Hi , from your description it seems that you may be suffering from Anxiety Disorder. As all the tests are normal and other than acidity you do not have any other heart related problems you should consult a Psychiatrist. With mild medication you can feel much better.
Follow it up with counseling as you need to learn techniques to relax and get rid of negative thoughts and learn to handle stress better.
This is a completely curable problem, relax!
In the meantime try to do Yoga or daily exercise. Learn simple breathing techniques to reduce stress and feel better. Eat small meals regularly and drink plenty of water. Also try and maintain a sleep schedule and sleep adequately.
