Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm 25F, 50kgs. I have a bulging vein on left side of my neck that is constantly visible. I looked it up online and read it could be a sign of heart issues. I don't have any other symptoms like pain or discomfort. Sometimes i feel like my heart skips beats when I'm anxious but even that is occasional. Attached photo of the vein. Please let me know if this is normal

Sir/Madam , I am DCMP patient for last 8yrs with 15% LVEF very much stable neither Inc nor dec Recently I went for tests and in reports LFT KFT came normal and other things but LPPLA2 is 307 HOMOCYSTEINE 29.11(B12 -220) HS CRP LEVELS 3.42 LIPID ldl/hdl ratio 1.4 tc/hdl 2.6 Is this means I will having heart attack or stroke sooner? Please help

Sir/Madam, I am a heart failure patient (DCMP)with LVEF 15% for last 8yrs it's stable neither Inc nor dec Recently I went for tests LPPLA2 307 last year 166 HS CRP 3.42 last year 2.3 HOMOCYSTEINE 29.44 last year 44+ LIPID LDL HDL RATIO 1.4 TC/HDL 2.5 Other tests including LFT KFT cholesterol levels all came just with in range I am panicking whether I will SUFFER CARDIAC ARREST OR HEART ATTACK STROKE sooner?

Single right leg pain from 2days worried about stroke and there are no other symptoms bp is normal and slight headache and having diabetes from past 5 years and it is in control Worried about this

My Tmt is normal,2D echo normal,ecg 4times normal i am diabetic scared of heart attack and due to gastric i get slight heart pain but i think heart attack and if i get headache i think stroke how to come out from this phobia

Hello sir These echo reports are 10 months old and it mentions altered diastolic compliance lv and I also have MVP I am concerned as now whenever I go for an ecg it's interpretation says ST elevation sometime it says ST elevation ( anterior). Should I go for an echo again. Thanks

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in January '26 Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

My brother's age is 26 years from last 20 days he is suffering from palpitations during night his blood pressure is around 135-145. His echo cardio reports are normal. He also feels burping most of the time.suggest .
