High BP 160/90 and Mild Chest discomfort
I am 19 year old. I randomly goes for a general checkup and found that I have high BP 160/90. I did ECG, ECHO and TMT (Negative), all are normal. Lipid Profile: 115 LDL, 39 HDL. Fasting Sugar Normal, Thyroid Test are normal, LFT Normal. I once checked my BP when I was 16 years old, BP was 140 even in that time. Now it was 150. What should I do? I can also notice some chest discomfort? Now I modified my diet with low salt and with 2 meals a day. I went to my cardiologist, he says that I was already but you have High Blood pressure. Is theres any medication to try? Suggest me some medication for youngsters to follow for 1 week and see if it improve.

I have this bothersome jerks in chest from past several months.
I did ECG and ECHO but they are normal as ectopics were not happening at that time while tests were done.
