Hello, I,ve been having pain in middle of my chest off n on . Mean the same time i get sore pain in my left hand and i feel thirsty too . What shall i do , Shall i go for a physical consultation .

I have swelling and severe stiffness on my ankles and feet on both legs since January. I have palpitations and high Heart rate at resting issues. So the cardiologist ordered the stress test. I can walk slowly around the house at a slow pace. I don't know if I can walk fast or run on the treadmill for a stress test. The doctor's nurse said I have to do the treadmill while running considering my age for better evaluation. Are there any alternative tests for this? I have to finish this test to get the cardiac evaluation for my ankle swelling. Can we do stress test with inflammatory arthritis diagnosis. My rheumatologist diagnosis are possible Seronegative RA or psoriatic arthritis. No definite diagnosis yet because my labs are negative and I have symptoms. MRI feet showed inflammation. How to do stress test walking with this?

Hi Doctor, I’m sharing my lipid profile since I’ve recently noticed a cholesterol deposit-like patch on my eyelid. I wanted to understand whether my lipid profile looks imbalanced from a cardiology perspective and whether this could be related. My values are: LDL 122 mg/dL, Lipoprotein(a) 51.5 mg/dL, hs-CRP 4.04 mg/L. Could you please advise whether these results are concerning, whether I need any treatment or lifestyle changes at this stage and whether there are any other tests you would recommend I go ahead with?

My LFT test shows ast/alt ratio as 1.4 but all other parameters are normal what does this mean ?

Hello, I was a slim person till the age of 15-16. After that i started gaining weight. By the time college ended, I weighed 78 kg. After that i started eating little. According to the calorie counter, i would eat somewhere around 1k every day. I used to walk somewhere between 10-15k. I lost 26 kg in less than a year. I was now around 53-54 kg. With fat I also lost a lot of muscles. My arms looked like that of an old person. Within a couple of years I started gaining weight again even with home food (which meant little oil, no junk, sugar only on occasions). Later, i moved to Bengaluru and started eating junk food. And all the weight came back. From 66 kg, i went to 86 kg (in 2.5 yrs). I have been trying to eat healthy (1500-1600 kcal) and walk (7-9k) since Jan and in two months, my weight has gone down by 1 kg only (85 kg). That too i am not sure because sometimes it increases up to 85.5 kg. Please help me I am really frustrated. I also need to get pregnant soon given my age.
