Can anybody tell me about this ecg report Recently i got chest pain and a headache from . 2 days , and I've been in stress recently.

My father age 47 had cabg (all arterial) on 3rd of jan 2026 he has long term hypertension currently avg bp is 125/90 he has another issue which is concentric lvh and diastolic dysfunction grade 1 how can that be cured he has currently no symptoms like he had pre op but he had an instance post op where his bp got into hypertensive crises he did go to hospital got the bp controlled but docs said we need to do an angio because your troponin is high 2 readings were 289 and 302 his ecg was normal his currents medications are triolmazest 20 in morning olmazest beta 50 and ecosprin gold 40 at night since he has no symptoms should he get any tests done he got his blood work done a month ago lipid normal lft normal kft shows mildly elevated uric acid is there any change in meds that should be done or any other investigation and how to control concentric lvh and diastolic dysfunction

Echo and stress test report doctor I done this two reports without doctor prescription is the report is normal or not I am so worried plz help me

My father had bypass surgery 15days ago He is currently taking metxl,atorva,preva as,cordarone He is urinating alot 6-7 times at night mainly what may be possible cause. Is it normal after bypass surgery or anything to do I have also attached recent urine test report

My ECG report mentions T-wave inversions. Based on my ECG do you think these are a normal variant or a sign of a significant heart problem? Do they indicate any serious risk to my heart?

Hi Dr., from 3 days I'm having jaw and left arm pain off and on,not severely but normal paining... I have anxiety since 1 month. My previous CBC, TSH, and X-ray are normal. 12days back my ECG was fine, but I had no pain that time.... Today I got scared anxious and went to the hospital to do an ECG again. Can you please check if this new ECG is ok? This arm and jaw pain started 3 days ago. Do I have any cardiac issue or it's from anxiety ?

Having bp 100/60 when checked from last 6 months Is it low bp and what's causes and treatment and food habits to be changed and remedy plz age is 52 women

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in January '26 Seldom I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

Respected Doctor,  I was done my lipid profile test  four months ago and report was TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 206mg/dl, TRIGLYCERIDES 365mg/dl, HDL 42 mg/dl, LDL 88 mg/dl after that I have taken 1 month of medicine and stop the medicine after one month.  After four months today I test again and my report is TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 198mg/dl, TRIGLYCERIDES 154mg/dl, HDL 63 mg/dl, LDL 98 mg/dl. Is this normal or I have to take medicine again.. please help me ...

Hello, I recently had a full body checkup. My BP was around 90/60, LDL was 121 mg/dL, HDL was 54 mg/dL, and I occasionally experience palpitations. The doctor who reviewed the tests mentioned that my ECG looked a little different. Could you please advise if these findings are concerning and whether I need any further tests or evaluation?
