My wife has palpitation and bechani chid chida pan some times what to do is that from and stress she have migrane head ache also often

Hello doc, Angiogram report says 90% lcx blockage. Whether it is true blockage or coronary spasm, how can be rule out? After angiography, IVUS needed or not? Thanks

I am 34 and i have been feeling low for couple of months now. I don't have energy to do anything. I am not able to focus on my job, study, family and other things. I am a diabetic and my sugar levels usually between 120-190 and my heart beat is usually fast 100-105 bpm. My bp which I checked yesterday when I was feeling anxious was 126/84. My body parts were cold and a little pain i faced on my chest. Fyi i drink and smoke as well but usually on weekends. I am into workout as well i go to the gym 4 times a week and follow diets with eggs and normal home food sometimes food from outside. I am not sure how to fix and where to reach and how i can be in a normal state of life. I feel stress most of the time because i m in debt and i have to take care of my family. Please help.
