I wanted to try Mounjaro for weight loss.. also wanted to once if I take should I take it continuously or will I get diabetic?

Dear doctor I am a patient of sub clinical hypothyroidism where TSH level is high and T3,T4  is normal. I HAVE UNEXPECTED WEIGHT GAIN OF NEARLY 8 KG doctor is prescribing me thyronorm 100 mg. Is anything more I have to do to reduce the weight gain.

I have small lumps near foot and both foots paining Side swelling veins are clearly visible. Is it severe case if such lumps formed . Pls let me know

I having chest back and hand pain left. My all test is done. My bp is normally lower side like 117/78. But my pulse goes above 100 when i am sitting and talking. Is it normal.

Hi Dear Doctor's, I am a heart failure patient with 42% EF and TVD, recovering from a recent pulmonary edema ICU stay. My current daily medications are: Fehugel 40mg, Ecosprin AV 75/40, Axler 90, Prolomet-R 25 (1/2), Dytor Plus 5 (1/2), Novorapid and Lantus. I have severe ankle pain from high Uric Acid (9.5), and Orthopedics prescribed Tab. Setolac 300 ER (Etodolac) for 10 days. Please confirm: Is this NSAID safe to add to routine, or does it carry a fluid retention risk for heart and lungs? If unsafe, please suggest a heart-safe alternative (like Colchicine) for joint pain.
