Father ef 15-20 percent. Had 2 stents placed on 20 Feb and is on below medicines since then. Dose to reduce any as his bp is low in morning and night 55/34,  68/40 etc since 4 days, feels very sleepy but is alert, no breathlessness. What to do? In evening it's normal Before breakfast Acidity medicine (esomeprazole) After breakfast Brilinta 90 Dytor plus ls 10/25 Metolar xr 12.5 Ciplox 250 (14 days starting 7-March evening) Sugar 2.5/500 (linagliptin+metformin) Evening before dinner Acidity (esomeprazole) After dinner Ecosprin 75 Brillinta 90 Rosuvas ez 40 Febutec 40 (febuxostat) as creatinine 2.6 and uric acid 101 Ciplox 250 (14 days starting 7-March evening as prostate size 152, psa 21, but medicine cant be given as bp low, so given antibiotic)

I am having some mild chest pain between upper ribs which comes and goes and also some neck and shoulder pain. Did ECG for precaution please check it.

I have chest pain since two days back. Difficulty in breathing, pain when breathin or breathout. It usually pain more in the morning when waking up. And I am a smoker

Attached below is my latest prescription. As I do normal basic strength training 3-4 days, also my daily schedule is very active these days, I am thinking to take creatine monohydrate which boosts ATP and gives more energy. As per my idea, its a researched supplement widely used and can be used by anyone. But I would request your advise once and will go as per that. Kindly review once and suggest.

I have microvascular angina and sinus tachycardia after covid. On ranolazine and propranol for tachycardia. Echo and angiography normal/clear. Now i have also developed severe small fiber neuropathy pain. Neurologist adviced pregabid NT 50/10. My angina and tachycardia  are under control with medicines. No issue. Is it safe to use Nortryptillin 10 mg in Microvascular angina and sinus tachycardia?

Kindly suggest corrective measures to correct my Lipid profile parameters. Sometimes I feel heavy on my chest with slight pain. I have done a stress test but doctor did not write any final conclusion is my tredmill test is normal or not i have a chest pain and nausea and i am so much worry about that plz help me to intetpret the reports

I have been continuously doing preventive health check ups  yearly for the last 10 yrs , always cholesterol and triglycerides come on the higher , side , no bp ,no diabetes, sgot sgpt high fatty liver 1 grade , consulted many cardiologist Most of them prescribed atorlip f , rojuvas , atorva ez , but after taking these medicines, my joint hurts too badly , pls suggest
