Chest pain while doing treadmill

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Dec 2025 my tmt normal Oct 2025 my echo normal 4time ecg within 8 months normal I am diabetic for 4 years (vogs 0.2 three times a day) Hpylori 2months back took medication Today after 1 month i went to the gym when i was doing a treadmill my middle left chest and upper chest pain So i came back home and did a self test with an oximeter 6:14 pm oxygen 97 pulse 66 1minute continues jumping jacks 6:16 pm oxygen 96 pulse 113 6:18 pm oxygen 99 pulse 68 But my left shoulder pain, not radiating but there in one place shoulder head Should i worry about heart or is it normal I am very worried please help me
