Hi my husband is having pvcs in ecg, with echo normal, no symptoms. Doc gave flecarite 100 ng twice a day, sotalol 80 mg once a day. Despite using meds he is still getting pvcs. This pvcs started one year back. Doc advised to reduce weight, his ht is 6'2,: weight is 102 kg. Are this pvcs due to overweight? Are they dangerous??

Hello Doctor, Please read my situation carefully. I took rabies booster shot from government medical. The syringe was already loaded before patient came. They kept vaccine loaded syringes in a open plastic container. One ice packet is also in that container. I saw 1 used syringe without needle also in that container. So my vaccine loaded syringe and one used syringe with ice packet all are in a same container. The container is got moisture water due to ice packet. How much risk of HIV is here ?? If that used syringe is contaminated with hiv blood and mixed with the moisture and touch my syringe needle, how much risk ? My concern is all were in a same container so i am very much stress now for this incident. Don't know what i will do now. Please help. If i will take hiv pep now along with rabies vaccine does it also reduce the effect of rabies vaccine antibodies. Please help.. the incidence was 4 days before.

My BP is 140/90 since 3-4 days and also I have acidity problem.. I feel tightness in chest and left side of head and hand paining since 3-4 days.. is this something to do with heart issues?? I did ECG and it came normal.. can you suggest me blood test to check if heart health is ok

Hello Doctors, My father had angioplasty in 2018 and placed 2 stents, in 2020 his LVEF was 60%. In Dec 2025 and Feb 2026 we checked 2D echo in 2 hospitals one showed 30% and other 42%. Now I went for another opinion where LVEF was 40% , doctor also looked at holter patch readings placed for 24 hours and said AICD / packemaker not needed but angiogram is needed to understand the reduction in LVEF, kindly suggest what should be our next actions ? Can't this be treated with medications?

I recently did my routine blood tests and all reports are normal except my HS-CRP which is 5.5 mg/L. I am very worried because someone told me this may indicate serious heart problems. I also saw many videos online linking HS-CRP to heart disease which increased my anxiety. Can you please tell me: Is this level dangerous, what could be the reason if other reports are normal, and what should I do next to reduce it? Thank you.

My mother is on htn medicine olmeblu 40 since last 10 years added cilnidipine 5 mg in winters last year after frequent bp of 150-60 /80-90 But now bp stays in 120-130/75-90 should I discontinue night time olmesartan in bp in night is 122/77 mmhg
