Pain near heart

I felt pain near my heart 3 days back and it occurs quite frequently. May I know what reasons it might be happening. Would it be better to have the TMT Test or 2D echo test?

Acute physical distress

I woke up at 11:00 AM and had only 5 raisins (kismis) and water before proceeding to strenuous cricket activity, including hitting four sixes and completing six full runs between wickets. Immediately following this high-intensity phase, I developed acute symptoms: a distinct irritation and itching sensation in my chest, severe breathlessness, and a sudden, profound physical inability to stand upright. I managed to field for 4 additional overs but then had to stop. The symptoms resolved completely only after consuming a Red Bull and resting flat on the ground for 10 minutes. Is it something really worried or it was just my mismanagement of my body

No history of diabetes, hypertension, or known heart disease. No significant family history. Recent tests show urine pus cells (possible infection) and absolute eosinophil count ~743. Suddenly my Pt Inr is low

I am taking a blood thinner, Acitrom 2 mg due to clot in right atrium and had open heart surgery in 2018 since I always maintain a INR level 2.0-2.5. Recently, with no changes to dosage and zero Vitamin k consumption, its has suddenly dropped to 1.7 which is dangerous I think. What could be the reason. This has never happened before in past 5.5 years. I have now increased the Acitrom dosage to 3 mg and doctor advised to recheck after 15 days . After how many days shall I go for PTINR test to see an increase.
