Got my mother recent blood reports of lipid profile Triglycerides are high with total cholesterol normal. Please suggest medicine or other further steps

Hello doctor I am concerned about the ecg I always get the St elevation on my ecg . I did my echo 10 months back I have an Ef - 60/ 65 % But I have MVP anterior leaflet and altered diastolic compliance lv. I also have a high bp problem from anxiety.

Hi. My name is Mounika. I am 28 years old. I have been experiencing chest pain in middle sometimes left of the chest sometimes along with left arm pain. The left arm pain almost stays all the day but the chest pain comes sometimes and lasts for seconds and goes away. I got ct angio two years ago and normal. I also done tmt and echo multiple times it's normal. Last three months ago also I got echo and tmt done which was normal. From a couple of weeks I have been experiencing pain under my left breast like upper abdomen left below breast. Sometimes it comes as pain last for seconds and goes most of the times it's pressure like. Something like a balloon filled i don't know how to express but it's less of a pain and more of a pressure. I am worried if it's cardiac. Should I get another tmt done or since three months ago it's normal can I be assured this is non cardiac. Please answer is my tmt valid three months ago or should I repeat because of this new pain.

Hi, my father had apical hocm simce he was 27 . He got icd at 62. I am 38 with multiple echos mormal with IVS 10 mm. Gone theu cardiac mri with contrast its LGE negetive but says mild asymetrical IVS upto 13 mm . No symptoms . Do i have hcm? And how likely it can advance. Echoes never show hcm.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positive  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.28, apoa1 is 143, apoB is 47 HDL 57, ldl 55, tg 40, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hba1c 5.6 done all tests in june '26 Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Is it life threatening? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

I'm 25F, 50kgs. I have a bulging vein on left side of my neck that is constantly visible. I looked it up online and read it could be a sign of heart issues. I don't have any other symptoms like pain or discomfort. Sometimes i feel like my heart skips beats when I'm anxious but even that is occasional. Attached photo of the vein. Please let me know if this is normal

Sir/Madam , I am DCMP patient for last 8yrs with 15% LVEF very much stable neither Inc nor dec Recently I went for tests and in reports LFT KFT came normal and other things but LPPLA2 is 307 HOMOCYSTEINE 29.11(B12 -220) HS CRP LEVELS 3.42 LIPID ldl/hdl ratio 1.4 tc/hdl 2.6 Is this means I will having heart attack or stroke sooner? Please help
