I feel tightness in shoulder aand left arm in cold environment.. When I was sitting under I felt so much pressure in my hands and my pulse was showing 50.. Is anything serious.. 6 months ago my ecg, treadmill was normal.. my recent blood reports are also normal. I feel sometimes pinching pain below the left ribs.. nausea after eating and I have sour mouth always.. please suggest

Vit d deficiency (but I still take supplements as prescribed by doctor for further maintenance) Earlier: anemia, vit d deficiency & low hemoglobin (now okay Current issues: Stubborn weight, Continuous bleeding for 25+ days (which is relativelv less since I have started taking trapic but not yet cured) Query: I am currently taking 1. ironmate supplement (28g elemental iron) + Limcee (Vit C once a day 2. Calcirol 1gm sachet (Vit D3 60,000 IU 3. Trapic (Tranexamic Acid) 4. Hosit (for b12, folic acid, biotin) - prescribed by doc for 1 month. Since I am not able to lose weight. no history of any other diseases like thyroid, bp or any other conditions.. Can I take inositol (considering maybe it can be insulin resistance)? And if yes, what would be the standard dose? (In general)

I previously have diagnosis with herpes zoster followed by post-herpetic neuralgia and is still taking Gabantin GRS 300 mg and Symbal 20 mg. Considering my current condition and these ongoing medicines, is it safe and appropriately to start Telista 80 mg and Razel EZ 10 mg? Since this is my first BP medication, is starting directly with Telista 80 mg appropriate, or would a lower dose be preferable?

What to do and it is not going down, I had bleeding in my nose last year, then doc said high BP and gave TELVAS 3D, sometimes I take it. If I take it the bp goes to normal but if I don't it goes beyond 190/120.

I have done treadmill test without echo but I have done ecg yesterday and took treadmill test today but echo I skipped in that whole body check up but I have done echo 20 days back so I skipped echo and did treadmill alone so is there any problem in reception that lady told without echo treadmill test is not applicable but i skipped today echo and I did treadmill is there any complications because of that
