Hi please someone tell this page of holter shows which tachycardia and want to ask i have wpw or not

First I take one month proponl sustain release tablet 20 mg and than half of it for 5 months but I got to know that we should not take half of it so I start taking propanal 10 mg once a day for 15 days and since week twice a day Can we switch again to propanal sustain release tablet 20 mg  first i am taking 10 mg propanal and than started twice a day but it not benefit as soon as effects goes off pulse rate increase so can we switch propanal sustain release 20 mg from immediate release and is there will any side effects or not from switching immediately release to sustain release tablet or safe to switch

Hello, I got a routine full body checkup and most of the reports were normal. Except, lipid Profile. Triglycerides and LDL were elevated and fibroscan confirmed fatty liver too. Since then I am taking Saroglitazar 4 mg and it's more than 3 months. I don't have any symptoms and everything looks normal. I am afraid about the side effects of saroglitazar. I am an obese person with 95kg body weight. Can this medicine cause heart problems? Can this medicine cause dependency or diabetes on withdrawal? Can this medicine increase my body weight ? Please help.

My Ecg normal, echo normal(ef65%), but tmt was positive, coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance just one year ago.calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report too, hs crp value 0.48,, HDL 64, ldl 54, tg 42, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), creatinine 0.72, bp remains low most of the time between 109-112 /65-75, pulse rate normally 64 bpm. I feel discomfort and tightness  like feeling just a Aligned to the left chest nipple to the flank of the left chest while walking, feel palpitation type of sensations while i start walking or stand up from sitting position. I walk 30 minutes every day. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? Please help doctor, i am very anxious.

I feel discomfort and tightness  like feeling just a Aligned to the left chest nipple to the flank of the left chest & upper chest while walking sometime. feel palpitation type of sensations while i start walking or stand up from sitting position. I walk 30 minutes every day. Non smoker, non alchoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? Please help doctor, i am very anxious. Previously i had aortic valve leakage(grade-3) but now diagnosed with Mild Tricuspid Regurgitation, are all my heart valves will get leaked one by one? Also Tricuspid Regurgitation serious?

Sirs Male, age 59 and was a Heavy alcoholic for over 20 years.Lipid levels were always high for about 10 years. Presently whenever I take alcohol my breathing problem starts even I walk 50 metres. Echocardiagraphy done and found Dystolic Dysfunction Grade 1. Parameters AOD 2.97cm LAD 3.82cm RVID 1.73cm IVSD 1.32cm LVIDD 4.38cm LVPWD 1.38cm LVIDS 2.08cm LVEF 61% I have left alcohol totally, Surprisingly it is noticed that my Breathing problem Does Never Occur EVEN I  Walk 3 to 4 km. It Only Occurs Mildly if I CLIMB Many Stairs or Do Any HARD Work. 1. Sir,Whether CT Cardiac Angiogram test is required at this stage to know  coronary blockage.  2. Whether this Diastolic Dysfunction can be improved or reversed if I lead an alcohol free life as I AM VERY MUCH FEARFUL of this Disease. Medicines prescribed - Arbitel Trio OD, Nafrosave 500BD, RosedayF 20 ODHS, Linvas 4 ODHS, Depaltt75 OD, Sertaline50 Od, Desvenlafaxine 50 bd,Lurasidone40 OD. I am a Non Smoker. Please advise.
