I recently had a fever just 4 days before the checkup. Will the elevated range be because of fever? Please advice.

Yes, hs-CRP, CRP and ESR are all markers of inflammation, and they commonly stay raised for a couple of weeks after any fever or infection, even a mild one. Having had a fever just 4 days before your checkup is a very reasonable explanation for these three being up while the rest of your panel came back fine.
Next Steps
It's worth repeating the hs-CRP, CRP and ESR after 3 to 4 weeks once you're fully recovered, to confirm they've settled back down.
Health Tips
If they're still high after that, please discuss this with your physician along with the full report, since a persistently raised reading is worth looking into further.
