Palpitations and high Heart rate

I experienced palpitations and tiredness 3 days ago. I checked my BP and it was normal. I checked my pulse and it was elevated. I always have a high resting HR. Between 90-102. My GP said it's ok. But the HR was elevating when I stood up. Noticing this for 3 days. It rises up to 127-136 immediately after I stand up. It goes down if I stand in the same place or sit down immediately. If I start to walk, it keeps rising.  Also have palpitations while sitting walking and standing.  Went to my GP and he did EKG and he said it's ok and told me to see the hematologist. My hb is 10.9. iron 32.I have an alpha thalassemia trait. So he said that could be causing my symptoms and referred. I have not gotten any treatment for thalassemia.Diagnosed last year since I have low mch, mcv, mchc. Should I see the cardiologist to evaluate if it's any heart conditions.Since I have high HR and palpitations. Also feeling very tired throughout the day. Taking iron supplements everyday.  I am obese (103kgs).

Chest pain

Hey, So my problem is chest pain on left side, which comes and goes within minutes sometime. But yesterday night I had a discomfort in my chest but I slept well but as soon I woke up I feel it's really terrible. I could feel the pain with hand movements so I run to emergency room immediately. There doctors measure my bp 140/85. They do ecg which was completely normal. Then they do an ABC test shows that I have low blood oxygen level 77.8 (at that particular time) and then they do a trop I test which shows results lesser than 0.01. As I had anxiety issues from years they told me to consult psychiatrist and suggested me to add petril beta 0.25 clonazepame as sos pill. But still I am feeling so scared of all what happened I am so anxious. Additional - I had cough and cold last night and maybe a bit fever too (I didn't measure but felt) What should I do in such situation?

Recurr LPF-VT After Ablation- Prognosis

In 2020, I developed recurrent palpitations and was admitted to the ER. Adenosine was ineffective; sinus rhythm was restored with diltiazem. I was discharged on verapamil 40 mg, which I took for 3 months. In December 2022, I had recurrence of the same arrhythmia. Adenosine, cardioversion, and diltiazem were ineffective, and I remained drug-refractory for ~5 days, during which mild LV dysfunction was noted. I later reverted to sinus rhythm and underwent a successful ablation for LPF-VT, after which I remained asymptomatic. I took prescribed medications (including clopitab) regularly for ~6 months. In December 2024, I again had similar symptoms and was drug-refractory for several days. This time, moderate LV dysfunction was detected. I underwent repeat EPS and RFA, during which LPF-VT and AVNRT were identified and successfully ablated. Post-ablation, LV function recovered. I am currently asymptomatic and compliant with medications. What is my long-term prognosis ? Thank you

I am on bp medicine from 2017. My father is cardio- diabetic patient.. Currently I am taking LN beta 5mg. I am 5.6 inch tall, with 91 kg weight. From last few days my bp is fluctuating.. One week ago my bp was suddenly 90/70 ,I checked when I felt mild dizziness and hazy vision.. Than again I checked continuously two/3 days,it came as 130/90,130/80.. But frequently I feel that my body is shaking and having feelings of oxygen not getting enough in brain.. Today again I check bp- left arm -120/70,right arm -120/90. I am totally confused!!! Plz guide me.. Moreover in the month of June I tested Lipid which was normal, LFT, KFT ,CBC ,all report was normal.. Please guide me what to do now?
