Number of hart attack
Hello sir
When I was in my teenage years, I observed people saying, it is the 1st heart attack, it is the 2nd heart attack, if the 3rd attack comes you may be gone,
But currently people are dying even in the 1st heart attack, why did this change happen, what are we doing wrong?

I want to consider GLP-1
I'm 27F, 5 feet tall, 73kgs, so classify as obese. I was diagnosed with PCOD when I was 14 years old but haven't done any significant tests recently to confirm it. I have tried to lose weight in every way possible but I always have failed.
So I want to consider GLP1s. I have done a little research myself but I want to do this with a specialist doctor who can monitor and prescribe. And I want to do it on video consultations.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Chest discomfort & pain
I feel chest pain, discomfort, tightness, sometime palpitition type of feeling for several months, especially in the left chest, occasionally on the right. It happens even at rest& while i get tensed or hear high bass sound. Bp 105-112/ 65-75, pulse rate around 57 bpm at rest and increased on activity. Ecg normal sinus rhythm, echo normal with EF= 61%, TMT Positive but CT CAG was normal with zero calcium score in 2023, moreover normal coronary angiogram report with slow flow.( 21/12/2024).
I have reports of Hs-crp 0.28, ldl 55, hdl 57, tg 40, apoA1 143, apoB 47, hbA1c 5.6 done june '26. Normal halter monitoring for 48 hrs 6 months back.
My questions :
Is it a serious heart related issue? If yes, how severe could it be?
Do i need another coronary angiogram again?
What is the solution?
I am a non-smoker and non alcoholic.
Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od
Thank you 🙏

Regarding blood test
My mother age 79. Doctor advised to do lipid profile and apolipoprotein b as a part of routine annual check up. She is not taking any medicine for sugar or BP etc. Her triglycerides is slightly higher. But in lab, they are asking me to do lipoprotein a test. I am not able to contact my doctor as he's out of station. Can anyone please guide me and let me know the difference between two and which test to be undertaken.
Thank you
