You're LDL is high. TG & CH  is within normal limits. For high LDL first is life style modification  - weight management, avoid high carbohydrates and deep fried Food stuff Do moderate intensity Exercise 40-50 minutes per day 5days in week. Repeat fasting Lipid Profile after 3 months

Your total cholesterol, triglycerides, and HDL are all within the lab's normal range, and your LDL at 122 falls in the near optimal band rather than the high one. Your non-HDL cholesterol at 139.7 does sit in the borderline-high range on its own, so the overall picture is reassuring but not entirely clear.
Next Steps
This usually does not need medicine on its own unless you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or other heart risk factors. Regular exercise, less saturated fat, and a repeat test in 6 months to a year is reasonable in the meantime.
Health Tips
Please see a physician if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of early heart disease, so these numbers get weighed against your full risk.
