Dear doctor I'm Alex 26 year old boy from few days I'm suffering from cough khanshi and heart palpitations on bed at night sometimes I feel suddenly my heart beat has been increased and due to such type of incident I fear and can't sleep properly I visited my nearest physician Doctor sir asked everything I told him  I usually smoke cigarettes but from 1•5 month I quit completely and now I'm feeling such type of problems he told for ecg I attached here ecg report kindly review my ecg and give a proper advise please Doctor sir prescribed some medicine 1 Azee 500 2 Bilasure M 3 Beta anxit 20 4 norvent d syrup my cough colour sometimes brown like soil mix and dust mix while I didn't contact to dust

I am attaching my all three ecg reports please check and tell is everything normal I just want to make sure that I don't have any disease I am a person who has cardiophobia my echo is normal and physical examination was also normal

Feeling left side chest, BP shows 130/80 . Local physician suggested ECG. Need help to evaluate the ECG report. Please let me know the further action of course.

Dear Doctors Today I do blood test for lipid profile then my total cholesterol is 206 mg/dl and triglycerides is 365 mg/dl. Can I reduce it through good diet & excercise also I want to know that what non veg food can I consume. Please suggest.. I am really scared after seeing the report. Everyone said it's became normal with good food habit.

Is any sign of heart attack 15 days prior of this report? I was suffering from insomnia and anxiety for 10 days and one day when I was feeling very worried and stress I feel my left arm vein was swollen and I feel chest pain for some time . Is my ECG AND ECHO OK? My Cholesterol level is Cholesterol total-235 Triglycerids-138 HDL Cholesterol (HDLC)-80 Non HDL Colesterol-155 LDL Cholesterol-138.47 VLDL Cholesterol-27.6 I can't upload Lipid profile report because no option for upload more than 2 documents HDL CHOLESTEROL 80 GOOD OR BAD?

I got an ECG done and the machine interpretation shows the following: • Normal sinus rhythm • T-wave abnormality — consider anterior ischemia • Abnormal ECG I am attaching the ECG image here. Could you please review it and let me know whether these T-wave changes look clinically significant, or if they could be a normal variant/related to lead placement? Do I need any further evaluation such as repeat ECG, or any other ? Please guide me through this

Hi I do have high BP and take medicines. It's under control with medicines. I do measure the BP once in a few weeks at home just to check.  Whenever I check my BP, it also shows my pulse rate and it's always higher. Around 100-120. Then I will sit down for a while and keep checking it for a few minutes. It will show up 100-110.  Never goes down below 100. I asked my doctor about this during my visits and he said it's ok. During my visits, they do check vitals and pulse rate will be around 90-100.  They were never concerned about it at all. I am 40 years old and obese.  Does this pulse rate normal or need to be checked out? Do I need to sit down for sometime before checking the pulse rate? I just simply stand and check it sometimes with pulse meter.

My father is having heart pain on the right side. He is very disturbed with the issue for the past couple of days.

My Ecg is normal, echo normal(ef65%), but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48,, HDL 64, ldl 54, tg 42, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), creatinine 0.72, bp remains low most of the time between 100-107 /65-75, pulse rate normally 54- 62 bpm. I feel discomfort and tightness  like feeling just a of the left chest  while walking sometime, even at rest.. feel palpitation type of sensations. I walk 30 minutes every day. Non smoker, non alchoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? Please help doctor, i am very upset. How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor.
