I have tried so many things to loose weight even exercise diet and so many things. I have thyroid and 20 kg I gained weight. Becoz of this I have hormonal issues

My Triglycerides are 485. Cholesterol 236.I dnt have gestational diabetes. Gestational thyroid on 12.5 mcg. No fatty liver. Hb1ac 5.3. Avg glucose 105. Is it normal in pregnancy or need medication?

Hi does herbal life supplement for meal replacement shakes twice a day is it safe for weight loss? Or it can have health issues ? Pls suggest?

So I will keep it short- had some ANGINa like symptoms when i was 24- suspicion was lower, but got a CT angio done- perfectly normal ( 2024 November) A year later started getting JAW discomfort and some more typical symptoms - this time invasive angio done- again normal but with the mild myocardial bridge Taking bisoprol 5 mg- quality of life became quite better after a normal result since the anxiety removed- but now I am having symptoms, especially pressure and happiness in my neck and choking sensation- worst when I get up and when I lie down I was wondering if a stress echo is needed right now? Mainly for assurance? These episodes do not create any change in the ECG or trop i levels

Hello, I saw here that ecg is not normal but I am worried that is there any major issue with this ecg report? Hello has cholesterol around 225 and LDL cholesterol is 155 and ratio is 4.5 and triglycerides is 134. Weight is 62. No any bad habits like smoke or alcohol and pure veg. Doctor gave cardirose ez 10 to take then is it fine with this report? Thank you.

I have been taking 1. (S) Amlodipin 1.25 mg 2. Metoprolol succinate ER 12.5 MG 3. NOW Dr. Added one more medicine ie remipril 2.5 mg Can I take all three  safely or not at a time
