I have anxiety disorder and under medication as well since 7 years. Now much mentally healthy but my weight is increasing day by day. Digestive issues. Can't eat restaurant food not even chips type packed food. I have been so much concern about my looks as well due this weight gain. I am a dental student and I have lots of work, clinical duties but still no weight lose. I eat less and hardly eat oily food more over I can't digest And I reduce my food intake even more or starve myself I get so weak and low blood pressure. Because of my weight it hampers my daily physical activity, everyone is so energetic and I can't work like them. I tried my best for so long but it's not working. I get tired so easily. I have been taking vit d since 4 months. I run some test 4 months ago for glucose level, thyroid, lipid profile, vit d . Everything is normal expect vit d deficiency. I see slightly darker pigmentation around my neck as well. Upper body is so fatty and heavy

I have lost 15 lg weight in 40 days. I saw my weight was 101 kg on Wednesday & today is 103 kg. What could be the reason for gain?

Today I consulted for weight loss . The doctor suggested me to go for mournjaro injection for 6 months. I am not sure how safe it is to take these injections since I don't know it's short term and long term side effects. Will it be fine to go for these injection and what is the probability that weight gain may not occur Again. Please advise.

I drink sting (energy drink) in the evening after that i got a chest pain and after tha when i lay down it starts in chest if i sir it become normal no pain But after some time same day i feel numbness in my left hand and a lil chest pain like a needle Last night I had alcohol and after that my stomach is upset and i am feeling weaker

My TMT is negative but during my TMT for a second i feel sharp pain just for a second in my chest. My echo is normal. No BP and pre diabetic. I having pain my left chest shoulder and left hand also left jaw and head and back also. Sometimes mild pain in right side also.

Three weeks back in mid afternoon 4pm I started feel like pain and tightness in mu chest with left pain and lighteadedness shortness of breath and vomiting with burping. I am sharing my  ECG. Please have a look into it and tell me if it's normal. My family doctor says that it's normal, he specialises in heart disease. I had a brief episode of dizziness and my body felt out of my control this morning. But everything is in control now.
