Doctor plz i am so much worried about by heat the report does not show the result positive or negative plz help me to interpret by stress test report

Hello I have been fat ever since I was 16 years old. At 24, i decided to lose fat and ate very little (900-1k kcal) and walk (15k) and lost 26 kg in less than a year. I was 53kg now.  Lost a lot of muscles as well. Started gaining weight soon after. Within 3-4 years I was 66 kg. Shifted to Bengaluru for work and got married. Ate a lot of junk and gained around 15 kg in 2 years. Started eating healthy when hba1c tested 5.9... but sedantary lifestyle plus weekend parties.. went up to 86.5 kg in the next 2 years (hba1c decreased to 5.6).  Since Jan 2026, I have been eating super healthy (but 1500-1600 kcal). Even on weekends. And walking 6-8k everyday. But lost 1 kg only in two months. I don't have thyroid or any other hormonal issues. Vitamin d level is 28.8 and vitamin b12 is 260. Brkfast: oats 25 gm w/o sugar+2 boiled eggs. Lunch: sauteed veggies, chicken breast or fish steak. Evening: chai. Dinner: 100gm cooked rice, dal/rajma 1 katori, green sabzi, tofu/chckn/fish. Oil: 3-4tsp total

I m 25 yrs old women and my abdome and pelvis contrast ct scan showed aortic wall calcification before 2 yrs when i was only 23 yrs old so should i take nattokinase? is it safe and how to take it?

I had my lipid profile checked three months ago, and my cholesterol was high, so my doctor started me on Tonact 20 once daily. If my cholesterol comes back to normal or below normal, can I stop this medication? Please advise.

My father (53 years) had an acute MI and coronary angiography showed CAD with triple vessel disease. The LAD had ~90% stenosis with thrombus, and PTCA with two drug-eluting stents (2.5×36 mm and 2.75×36 mm) was done in the LAD with TIMI-3 flow achieved. Complete diagnosis : S/P PTCA + Stent → LAD (2 stents)IRA Advice: PTCA + Stent → RCA later TROPONIN : >30000 ng/L CK-MB 88.50 ng/ml creatinine 0.61mg/dl His echo showed LVEF around 40%. He was discharged on Deplatt-A (aspirin + clopidogrel), Tomact 80, Met XL 25, Cardace, Nicoran 5, Cilostazol 100 twice daily, and diabetes medicines including insulin. Could you please advise if this treatment plan and medicines are appropriate? Or any advice... Report attached
