My father ecg and echo came normal but tmt shown positive so doctor suggested angio. What should i do ab my father lives perfect lifestyle no alcohol cigrate does daily jogging of 2-3 km. I am attaching both reports.

In previous years i suffered from chronic stress and my muscle mass was getting reduced abdomen increased and iam suffered from sleep problems now sleep problems was solved. And i have experieced a mild pain in left back of my chest and sometimes front. Is this related to heart pain.

I face this issue alot- i go for checkup n they want bp checked- now sometimes i can be stressed or dehydrated or standing for 5-10 minutes still they will check bp n it will be high like around 160/100 ( this was today) I dont have whitecoat one coz 3 weeks ago bp at family clinic was 130/80- Its just that there r so many factors affecting bp so its impossible to not get high levels some days Omron home readings average shows 125/80- average of 20 readings

I am 22. Had a fundoplication 6 months ago. I've been feeling a little short of breath intermittently for 3-4 days especially while laying down. Went to emergency once they said this ecg is normal. But it says abnormal ecg and biatrial enlargement.

I am non diabetic. I am already taking mounjaro 5 mg since 2 months and now will take it for 3rd month and tolerating it well now. Can i switch to Zepbound from next month, as it is for non diabetic weight loss. And if i can then which one should I go for 5 mg or 7.5 mg? Will not create any mess?
