My name is Dipon Saikia and I have done echocardiography recently and i have been diagnosed with LV is concentrically hypertrophied and LV diastolic dysfunction. The Ecg report showed RBBB with left anterior fascular block and lateral ST elevation is non specific Is this serious? Can you please suggest any medication? Thank you

My total cholestrol is 190 ,ldl -121, and triglycerides -170 is medicine need to be taken at this point or since four months two time triglycerides done it came 170

Hey docs, i was afraid because i am having strange sharp stabbing pain below my left nipple which comes instantly and randomly and goes by instantly for about week. It happened to me before in the past as well. I have already done ECHO, HOLTER back in 2023 which was all normal. Previous year in august  did ECG which was normal just slight tachycardia because of health anxiety attacks and all. Quite afraid of this. Even though, i run jog all fine. Today, I ran four 20 seconds run, and 6 minutes jog with no discomfort.
