Dear sir kindly find attached my ecg report... I m working in pharmaceutical company...I showed  my ecg report to cardiologist and physicians as well...all doctors says normal ecg ...but in ecg report wrote sinus rhythm left atrial abnormality...so I want to know that why is mentioned abnormal ecg ??? Yesterday suddenly I feel ghabrahat and palpitations so I did ecg today ...

“I have anxiety and OCD. The doctor told me to take normal propranolol 40 mg twice a day, but I mistakenly took propranolol 40 mg sustained release twice in one day. What will happen now? What should I do? Will it cause heart failure?”

I taken test today which it's showing Tachycardia in ECHO and ecg shows sinus Tachycardia and I'm attaching my reports.

Hello Doctor, I wanted to ask about some episodes I’ve been experiencing. During the day, while I was completely at rest, my heart rate suddenly increased to around 160–170 bpm and stayed high for about 5 minutes. I got an ECG done immediately, which showed normal rhythm with sinus tachycardia. Then at night after dinner, while resting, my heart rate was around 72 bpm and suddenly increased to about 135 bpm, and within 2 minutes it came down to around 100 bpm on its own. This has happened more than once. I did not have significant chest pain or severe symptoms, just the sudden increase in heart rate. Could this be something like episodic sinus tachycardia or SVT? Do I need further evaluation like a Holter monitor or any other tests?

My father 55 years old had stent placement(2 stent and 2 balloons)on 7th jan 2026. Recently I am observing that he is getting hiccups for 2,3 seconds max but 3 to4 times a day and almost everyday. His 2d Echo is now 50% , before stent it was 40%. ECG is normal too. Could you please suggest if it is because of stent or something else?

Sir I have gone through routine check up today and found that I am having Atrial Septal defect of size 35 mm with left to right shunt. Since birth I have never faced any heart problem neither any symptom I have seen till now. Is it necessary to cure it.

Hi doctor, My BP readings are fluctuating between 103/74 to 116/77 within a few minutes. Is this normal variation or something to worry about? I don’t have dizziness or fainting. Recent echo and TMT are normal

LV diastolic dysfunction. Trivial MR & TR, Doppler estimated pulmonary artery pressure is 30 mm of Hg. Rest normal velocities and color flow mapping seen across both aterio-ventricular & semilunar valves. No evidence of intra- cardiac shunt. Type I-II LV diastolic dysfunction. Trivial MR. Above finding is mentioned in 2D echo report. ECG is normal. Bp is 130/80 and pulse rate 90. Currently my mother is taking stamlo 2.5 mg daily since 1.5 years. Now doctor told to take concor 5 mg instead stamlo 2.5 mg. My mother has stomach fullness and gas like problem since last 4 months and doctor told that this gas problem is due to heart related.  Ultrasound of abdomen is normal. Due to this doctor told us to do stress test. Is above 2D echo report is normal for 65 age female. Is stress test is necessary ?
