Hi My ecg shows some abnormal and 2D echo shows normal my doctor told me nothing to worry there are some minor changes in female..after that he suggest me to take Ecosprin and folvite i just completed 1 day but I feel something heartburn pain in Front and back chest both so he suggested me to take nexpro RD 40 and enzoflam and he told me to continue Ecosprin and folvite should I continue it wil not harm me na?and omega 3 fatty fish oil capsule can I stop it's already 20 days m taking after dinner ?

My ecg shows some abnormality my echo is normal then why when m breathing it's paining near chest and back side chest place it's pain is there anything serious?

Had breathlessness from some days. Did ECG for precaution . Please check.

Hello, this is my father(75yrs) ecg and echo report. Any possibility of heart complication as per reports? Is Angiogram needed doctor?

Diagnosed with microvascular angina and pots (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). Angiography shows clear vessels. My doctor has given me following medicines 1) inderal-la 20 mg bd 2) ranexa 500 bd 3) rosuvas cv 20 night 4) trimetazidine 80 mg od Now earlier for few months i was feeling better but sunce 1 month angina  symptoms are back Due to pots i cant tolerate most of medication Postural tachycardia Postural dizziness My bp = 108/70 Now my doctor wants me to increse dose of ranolazine 1000 mg twice a day. I am too scared. 1) is it safe to take ranolazine 1000 mg twice a day with pots/dysautonomia 2) is propranol good option in pots or need other beta blocker ?

I was having some little chest pain mainly near upper ribs and neck and back pain also. I got anxious and did two ECGs which are attached. Please doctor check.

I did an ECG few months ago for tachycardia, which came out to be normal. Normal BP, PR, Thyroid. Now I have no symptoms and am completely fine. But sometimes I feel a pin like pain on the left side of the chest at a particular point. Happens 2-3 times a day goes away on its own. No breathing problem, no other issues. It's like a pin is pointed at a place on the left side of the chest.

My mother has undergone Angioplasty in January 2021. She is taking Qutock plus and ecospirin gold 20 since then. Now, she has to go for tooth extraction and the dentist has sought fitness for it. Can she undertake extraction.

There was one neighbour of 65yrs old with no known case of Hypertension & diabetes, but one day he was sweating, having dizziness & vomiting with his cold extremity, checked his BP it was 230/122mmhg by digital BP machine, we don't have any medication at that time, l give him tab Amlodipine 10mg of my grandmother & there was one sublingual tablet isoaorbitate  given & immediately take him to hospital, l want to ask , if there was such case what should be care taken at home? What is treatment given to this patient? I am from medical field, l want ask it about it
