I had an ekg done today which says nin specific changes- i had some chest burn n anxiety so done it Plz see it- attached two pics coz strip was too long to get clicked in one go

I have chest pain since two days back. Difficulty in breathing, pain when breathin or breathout. It usually pain more in the morning when waking up. And I am a smoker

As I do normal basic strength training 3-4 days, also my daily schedule is very active these days, I am thinking to take creatine monohydrate which boosts ATP and gives more energy. As per my idea, its a researched supplement widely used and can be used by anyone. But I would request your advise once and will go as per that. Kindly review once and suggest.

I have microvascular angina and sinus tachycardia after covid. On ranolazine and propranol for tachycardia. Echo and angiography normal/clear. Now i have also developed severe small fiber neuropathy pain. Neurologist adviced pregabid NT 50/10. My angina and tachycardia  are under control with medicines. No issue. Is it safe to use Nortryptillin 10 mg in Microvascular angina and sinus tachycardia?

Kindly suggest corrective measures to correct my Lipid profile parameters. Sometimes I feel heavy on my chest with slight pain. I have done a stress test but doctor did not write any final conclusion is my tredmill test is normal or not i have a chest pain and nausea and i am so much worry about that plz help me to intetpret the reports

Hi Doctor My question is that I've been prescribed ciplar la20 as I used to have anxiety and also have telma 40 cause of hypertension for the last 3 years. Off late I've seen my heart rate at times especially at night drops between 55-60. In the morning it's between 60-70, increase only if I get anxious, shall I reduce the dose or continue having it. I know the side effects of beta blockers. Please suggest I need to worry about heart beat dropping so much. If I leave, I'll again have palpitations and increased heart rate. Please suggest do i leave this or start taking ciplar 10 , is it safe to take this from so long. I'm also been taking veloz 20 for the last 3 years due to GERD problem. I've diagnosed hitous hernia grade 3. Anxity started due to this as it had a lot of heart burn. Please help and suggest. Whenever I do a lipid profile test , my cholesterol and triglycerides always come to the higher side , cholesterol 225 and triglycerides 250 - 300 , echo , ecg always normal , no sugar and bp , fatty liver ii grade , sgot sgot high I tried medicine a lot of the time atorlip f ,rozuvas f , atorva ez, but joints hurts , what can I do
