Doctor, My age is 35 and my BP remains 140/88 , 142/92 and keep fluctuating 137/93 , 135/90. Please suggest do i need any treatment or medication. Is this high BP? Please guide 🙏 Thanks

Hello I'm experiencing upper stomach fluttering like something is moving from last two days I have anxiety problem is it related to heart I get wierd flutter and headache regularly.

My mother age 68 is suffering from   high B.P even medicine as prescribed by doctor She is taking Telvas 10/80 morning LN BETA 2.5/10 evening But at evening time her bp sometimes come normal sometimes very high , even taking so high dosages In echo report Mild concentric LVH Mild MR LVEF 60% Normal RW MA suggest,what should further evaluation is required

I am 8 months postpartum and seeking guidance regarding cardiology follow-up advised during pregnancy. In my third trimester, I had persistent high heart rate and was evaluated by cardiology. My ECHO was normal, and Holter monitoring showed normal sinus rhythm with an average heart rate around 110 bpm, which I was told can be normal in pregnancy. I was reassured this was pregnancy-related sinus tachycardia. During labor, my heart rate increased to the 150s and was attributed to labor-related stress. I was advised routine follow-up at 3–4 months postpartum. Due to postpartum recovery, I could not attend earlier and am now planning to visit within the next week. Currently, I feel well. My resting heart rate is in the 70s and BP around 110/70. I have white-coat anxiety and my heart rate increases during visits. I would like to know if any repeat testing is needed or if this visit is mainly for reassurance.

My bp never crossed above 130/80 before last. Month  , I had shoulder pain for past 3 weeks , I counsulted orthopedic he said it's ac joint sprain and gave medications , zeradol p , defi 6,  lebero and pan 40 tablet . past few days it's showing 150/90 , 147/83, 140/90, 133/77, 127 /76 ,  am feeling Palpitations and worrried I there is hypertension . Will it go away or not

Doctor my age is 35 and my blood pressure remains 137/95. How can I lower BP and is this bp reading considered high? Please help

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48,, HDL 64, ldl 54, tg 42, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), creatinine 0.72, hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness & heaviness like feeling & pain on the left chest & upper chest while walking  & atsometime at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you
