ECG normal and response to gastritis tablets strongly suggests GERD (acid reflux) mimicking cardiac symptoms — very common. Excessive burping confirms this. However, the persistent left arm pain means cardiac cause should be properly ruled out. Get a 2D Echo and TMT (stress test) done for complete cardiac clearance. Continue PPI (like pantoprazole) before meals.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo with Echo and TMT reports to confirm and plan treatment.

Very unlikely to be heart related. But still just to be on the safer side, you may go to the nearest hospital and get ECG, 2decho Troponin I test done. Don’t worry.
