Heart Problems & Remedies

This is regarding my father’s ( age 79 ) fast breathing problem, which usually happens after his afternoon sleep and after minor activities like bathing or using the toilet. I am sharing his echocardiography report, whole abdomen USG report, and chest X-ray (PA view) and CBC report for your review. I would be very grateful if you could kindly share your valuable opinion and guidance.

Having anxiety and panic attack issues for the past 5 years after preeclampsia in my pregnancy.. Recently got panic attack back to back in a week and visit cardiologist.Taken ecg and doc said its normal and due to anxiety some changes there.prescribed prolomet xl 50 now reduce to 12.5 and lonazep as sos.But ecg says cannot rule out anterior infarct age undeterminate.later took 2ecg after a month and it's normal.is it really due to anxiety or i have any heart issues!? I m having health anxiety ,plz check my ecg is normal or not

Iam experiencing continuous belching and some times shortness of breath from past 1 and half month.  I also feel something getting stuck at back bone and after that feeling iam burping again and also sometimes while eating felt left side stuck and started immediate burping. For this do I need to go to gastroenterologist or cardiologist? Is it gas or heart related problem?

Hello Doctor, I am a 20-year-old female. I have had a chronic cough with is clear and sticky for about 2 years. I have low appetite and unintentional weight loss of about 5–6 kg. I also have dry, scaly skin and dandruff, white patches on my tongue, red pimples/bumps on my tongue, and ongoing stomach/digestive issues,and i have heavy period as well as aneamia. I have been diagnosed with TG 345, HDL 47, LDL 98, total cholesterol 214, total cholesterol/HDL ratio. 4.6, TG/HDL ration 7.3. I have been having borderline high TG and total cholesterol since last 5 years. Further, diagnosed with esophegal reflux hypersensitivity and Grade 1 fatty liver. Treatment prescribed: 1. Tab cintoshell pr or eiref C before bf 2. Tab normaxin or nexitoplus at night 3. Tab rosuvas F 5/160mg at night I am having increased heart rate at night before sleep in the past few days. I had gone to a snow region last week. ECG and 2D echo are normal. Please clarify: 1. If the treatment is okay or not. 2. If the heart palpitations are due to cold weather exposure or due to acidity 3. If the rosuvas tablet can be used for life time or only for 3 months. 4. If all the above tablets can be taken daily.

Good evening sir, today I measured my blood pressure it's shows 147/62 after some time it's shows 150/72 in left hand and in right hand it shows135/84. After 1 hour I measured in left hand it shows 155/60. And in right hand it shows 138/85. After that I rotate my hand and circulate it. After that I check 5 times in left hand it shows 125/82, 130/85 and 128/84. Please suggest it is anything wrong because in left hand always show upper side higher and lower side is around 60-65 or it is correct after left hand rotation

Pls check my ecg. Is it normal? I don't have any heart related symptoms. It's a normal prevention test

Dear Doctor, I wanted to ask about starting a Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement for a diabetic and heart patient. She is elderly, does not get much sunlight exposure and has been complaining of joint pains. She had taken Vitamin D3/K2 earlier, but we stopped it after her heart attack because someone told us Vitamin K2 might interfere with heart medications. Her current medicines are: Morning (after breakfast): • Metoheal XL 25 mg • Diamicron XR MEX 60/500 Afternoon: • Gibtulio S 10/100 Night (after dinner): • Ecospirin Gold 75/75/20 • Coversyl 4 mg • Magnesium glycinate With these medications and her history of heart disease and diabetes, is it safe to start a Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement again? If yes, what dose would you recommend.
