Asd hole in 7 month old baby
Hi ..my niece is 7 month old .suddenly had severe dengue and during that they performed echo..during which it was identified two moderate fenestration on the IAS and RA as well as RV is dilated.IAS Is anerysmal.attached report.is there possibility for these two to close naturally and if so how long will it take

Chances of spontaneous closer of fenestrated ASD is less. Depending on her clinical condition, we may required to do the closer earlier either by surgical or intervention. If Patient is not symptomatic. We can wait till 3yrs of age to look for spontaneous closer. Regular close follow with 2D echo is required
