Hello Doctor, My name is Suraj, age 27 years. One week ago, I consulted regarding elevated SGPT and SGOT. As advised, I got additional tests done (Lipid Profile, HbA1c and Fasting Blood Sugar). Kindly review my results and guide me. 1. Liver Function Test (Current): SGPT (ALT): 76.6 U/L SGOT (AST): 46.47 U/L Previous (1 week ago): SGPT: 84 U/L SGOT: 82 U/L 2. Lipid Profile: Total Cholesterol: 141 mg/dL LDL: 91 mg/dL Triglycerides: 104 mg/dL HDL: 36 mg/dL (Kindly advise why this is low and how to improve it.) 3. Diabetes / Sugar Tests: HbA1c: 5.0% Estimated Average Glucose: 97 mg/dL Fasting Blood Sugar: 86 mg/dL Additional details: Weight: ~79–80 kg Height: 5 ft 9 in I have been following diet control and daily walking. Before one week doctor sir did ecg ,echo thats was normal i did echo ,ecg  test because of anxiety,palpitations I attached my echo and ecg I also mentioned blood report above HDL 36 why ?

Hello sir When I was in my teenage years, I observed people saying, it is the 1st heart attack, it is the 2nd heart attack, if the 3rd attack comes you may be gone, But currently people are dying even in the 1st heart attack, why did this change happen, what are we doing wrong?

My bp is135/92-140/96. this is average pf 5 days measured in morning and evening. I underwent ACL surgery 8 months back. I dont do much exercise. I Sleep 730hra average, smoke cigarettes on a week. what should i do to cure bp?

My mother age 79. Doctor advised to do lipid profile and apolipoprotein b as a part of routine annual check up. She is not taking any medicine for sugar or BP etc. Her triglycerides is slightly higher. But in lab, they are asking me to do lipoprotein a test. I am not able to contact my doctor as he's out of station. Can anyone please guide me and let me know the difference between two and which test to be undertaken. Thank you

Recently underwent ECG as part of my annual health checkup under my health insurance scheme. Got this ECG report which I have attached. Is it ok? I don't have any symptoms.

My free t4 is coming 0.90 or 0.85 always and tsh always 1 or 1.2 or 1.4 or 0.88 but my bmr is only 900 kcal I gain 1 kg bw in 2 days not any other symptoms like cold intolerance but very much easy weight gain can u help in diagnosing

Hi doctor. I have 15 days old baby and am in postpartum. During postpartum review, I had bp elevated as 150/91. My doctor prescribed nicardia tablet once daily till 10 days and to need to go after 10 days for review. During this time is it ok if I use Mylo lactomama powder (herbal supplement) for increase in breast milk production? Also could you please suggest if I can take lactcare tablets also?? Thank you
