My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest & upper chest  & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

From last 3 days experiencing high bp with chest heaviness and burning sensation towards left side...doctor advised bp medicine for 2 weeks and asked to maintain bp chart...what could be the reason for chest ..all the reports ecg echo blood test and urine analysis and usg abdomen were normal.

My mother is suffering due to high blood pressure , as prescribed by doctor 1. CILACAR T 10/80 2. LN BETA 2.5/10 Still bp elevated, we check b.p daily twice a day In the morning and evening In the morning before medicine 152/95 Daily morning tablet at 8 am CILCAR 10/80 In the evening at 5 PM  before 155/95 Ln beta 2.5/10  6 p my mother has been taking her prescribed blood pressure medicines regularly without missing any doses. However, despite regular medication compliance, her blood pressure levels are still not stable. Her recent investigations, including 2D Echo and KFT, are within normal limits. There are no significant abnormal findings reported in these tests.

Feeling chest pain and tightness and uneasiness & sometime palpitition type of feeling. Is it a heart related problem? Can Microvascular dysfunctional be life threatning? Should i go for another angiogram? How do i get rid of it?

Is this ecg having any problem????? My dr got it tested before starting      psychiatrist medicine..

Good evening sir/ma'am, I'm 20yrs old , 5'11" and weight-97kg Bmi 29.94 Stay in pg and in a situation that can't give time for exercise/gym and also can't do proper dieting (only can eat less and can add one 80-100 gm chicken piece at dinner) Walks 750m + bus + 200m while going to college and same while coming back to pg That's why requesting you to prescribe some medicines for fat loss especially belly fat ... I am 34 have been hitting the gym to reduce weight. I have normal BP, HBA1C is 5.5, Total Cholestrol is 220, Triglyceride is 350. Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency. LFT normal, CBC is normal I am already taking Vita D and B12 capsules on doctor recommendation and trying to reduce cholesterol via food changes. But I want to explore Omega 3 supplement for triglyceride. Please recommend good brand/dosage for me.

Hello Dr. I am 39 years old and a sports person. I have been suffering from anxiety for about 5-6 years. Since 2019, I started having ectopic or missed beats. I got all the tests done and they came out normal. Then the doctor prescribed me Etizolbeta-0.25 tablet which I have been taking for 3 years. I get ECG and Echo done regularly and they come out normal. But sometimes in ECG, a prolonged P wave appears along with sinus rhythm. Why does this appear? Is there anything to worry about or not? Please tell me.
