Hi Dear Doctor's, I am a heart failure patient with 42% EF and TVD, recovering from a recent pulmonary edema ICU stay. My current daily medications are: Fehugel 40mg, Ecosprin AV 75/40, Axler 90, Prolomet-R 25 (1/2), Dytor Plus 5 (1/2), Novorapid and Lantus. I have severe ankle pain from high Uric Acid (9.5), and Orthopedics prescribed Tab. Setolac 300 ER (Etodolac) for 10 days. Please confirm: Is this NSAID safe to add to routine, or does it carry a fluid retention risk for heart and lungs? If unsafe, please suggest a heart-safe alternative (like Colchicine) for joint pain. Currently taking Nebicard 2.5 and Cilacar T Current BP 130/90. Having dizziness since 2 days. Attached  ECG being taken due to dizziness. Physician advised to take echo . Previous echo taken 6 months back shows ascending aortic dilatation 47mm. Does my BP to be reduced further.

My heart stops for few seconds and starts beating very fast. Years back it happened few times. But for the past few months it kept happening. My heart used to stop beating for few minutes and starts pounding. It lasts for minutes. Even today for a second I couldn't breathe and my heart skip beats for a few seconds. What is the reason. My ecg was normal, echocardiogram results were normal. Blood test came normal. I also have High blood pressure so I'm on medication as well. (Temikind 40 mg) Doctors say I'm stressed but I'm not. It happens when I'm just lying down or doing work. My breathing stops completely for 1-2 seconds too. It happens maybe twice or thrice a week.

My left upper arm- there's a bit of discomfort. I don't have breathless or chest pains. Only at night times. I just got my gall bladder removed. And I have anxiety trouble at times. Before gall bladder removal I also had an ecg that was normal. About 3 weeks ago. Is this heart related or any other issue? Should I get my heart health checked

My mother is 78 years old she is was intially in BPmedicine telma 40 AM then after few months her BP came down was around 115/65 for few days. She had vertigo issue also. So the doctor changed her BP medicine to Telma 40 which she has been taking since a year now. Took her BP today it's was 160/80. Kindly advise.
