My free t4 was 0.85 and on refrence range it was written normal 0.88 and my tsh was 1.1 ans I had weight gain problem is my thyroid normal

Can I take Ozempic for weight loss as I don't have Time to join a gym or follow a strict diet plan due to work.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest  & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Since some 2-3 months I have been having bad diet n stressful lifestyle- requested my doc for some blood work coz I was worried about the impact of lifestyle on blood work Is this lipid profile decent? I think only the ldl needs to be brought down to 100? I take L ARGININE supplements

I have left arm (upper to lower) arm pain from 5 days. Started after exposure to Airconditioner. On 3rd day neck discomfort /stiffness started and is ON/off. This is also new occurrence to me that neck is also involved Arm getting pain without neck discomfort used to occur to me before which used to get senstive to cold and used to get relived by pain killer gel. But this time neither gel is working nor pain killer tablets. Did ecg/trop I for 2nd and 3rd day and they are all normal.

Chest and shoulder pain during rest but not in walking . For more clearence I climb 8 flights of stairs daily during that no pain. I have done ecg echo and TMT also. All are normals. What can I do?
