Dr through sthetscope checking if find no problem in heart than there is no early heart stage failure or cardiomyopathy

I've had 3 ECGs repeatedly all have shown inferior ST wave, and my heart rate at rest in on the higher end of 80-90. Is it possible I may have a disease or am I fit? I have run 10km before without any problems, but these new findings are alerting me.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positive  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.28, apoa1 is 143, apoB is 47 HDL 57, ldl 55, tg 40, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hba1c 5.6 done all tests in june '26 Almost Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Is it life threatening? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached.

In this age he is facing high bp from last 2 3 years...he is taking regular medicine then also his bp is high anytime... current bp is 120/95 ..pls suggest what to do to immediately control bp & also suggest what to do what to eat..to control bp forever

My heart rate is generally on a higher side due to weight. However since last few days my heart rate while working in office is between 60-65. I feel dizzy frequently but itsjust for seconds mostly. And during sleep it is going as low as 52.is it normal?

Patient History: The patient is a post-operative coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) patient, approximately 1 year post-surgery. Recent Hospitalization: One week ago, she presented with acute nausea. She was admitted to the hospital where her original bypass surgery was performed. These include a persistent tingling sensation ("pins and needles") and numbness localized to specific areas, including the periorbital region (around the eyes), the lips, and the head, which she describes as affecting her full body.

Hello doctor Recently I was checking my BP and two times I got an irregular heartbeat sign on an electronic machine. Though my BP was 111/68 with 68 heart rate. Is there anything to worry about. Nothing as such any symptoms and I am on mild medication for high BP (olmezest 10 mg) due to my anxiety issues. Now my anxiety is under control. Kindly advice.
