My father had a heart attack few years ago and has been under medication. Now his Angiogram report says he has IHD, AWMI, HTN, calcific double vessel disease and suggested CABG. Is it really necessary or can he get cured by medicines.

Recently I took ecg for panic attack. The automated report stated incomplete rbbb. I have qrs of 98ms. The doctor told nothing to worry about. When I check my report with chatgpt out of anxiety it suggested that incomplete rbbb in mu ecg due to high misplacement error in ny ecg. Please suggest whether it is true or incorrect misplacement of leads

After good 8 hours of sleep, after wakeup I experience palpitations and chest discomfort followed chest pain. Sometimes pain is like sharp pin pinch pain. Sometimes pain spreading to left arm and neck. I'm experiencing these symptoms from more than 3 months. I consulted cardiologist and undergone all investigations ecg,2d echo,tmt and ct coronary angiography. All are normal. Except my lipid levels I have low hdl levels 26,triglycerides are high 179. Please provide a helpful suggestion to me.

From past 2 -3 months he's experiencing pain in the chest. The pain sometimes travels from left side to right side. Then below the underarm n shoulder also. Checked with orthopedic dr. No cervical issue found. Got echo 2 months ago it came normal. Attaching the recent ecg. What could be the reason? The pain is very confusing. Sometimes it stops from using fast relief. Sometimes it happens. The day he got ecg done he was scared alot. Anxious too.

I previously have diagnosis with herpes zoster followed by post-herpetic neuralgia and is still taking Gabantin GRS 300 mg and Symbal 20 mg. Considering my current condition and these ongoing medicines, is it safe and appropriately to start Telista 80 mg and Razel EZ 10 mg? Since this is my first BP medication, is starting directly with Telista 80 mg appropriate, or would a lower dose be preferable?

My BP is 190/120 all the time since very long. Last year 2025 in oct I have bleeding in my nose and got checked with doctor and they said I have high BP issue, they gave me telvas 3d for few days and injected some med in my vein and got my BP low to 120/85. After that I changed my lifestyle and stopped eating junk and outside food along with oily food. I eat only home made food and follow a healthy diet. Exercise daily No meds Smoke daily 5-7 cigg Drink beer on weekends 3 can of 500 ml each. Nowy BP says 190/120 or 199/125. Got blood report and all test was ok except cholesterol which as high. I am in Noida and planning for complete heart checkup. Suggest me something.
