I am non diabetic. I am already taking mounjaro 5 mg since 2 months and now will take it for 3rd month and tolerating it well now. Can i switch to Zepbound from next month, as it is for non diabetic weight loss. And if i can then which one should I go for 5 mg or 7.5 mg? Will not create any mess?

Hi doctor, My BP readings are fluctuating between 103/74 to 116/77 within a few minutes. Is this normal variation or something to worry about? I don’t have dizziness or fainting. Recent echo and TMT are normal

LV diastolic dysfunction. Trivial MR & TR, Doppler estimated pulmonary artery pressure is 30 mm of Hg. Rest normal velocities and color flow mapping seen across both aterio-ventricular & semilunar valves. No evidence of intra- cardiac shunt. Type I-II LV diastolic dysfunction. Trivial MR. Above finding is mentioned in 2D echo report. ECG is normal. Bp is 130/80 and pulse rate 90. Currently my mother is taking stamlo 2.5 mg daily since 1.5 years. Now doctor told to take concor 5 mg instead stamlo 2.5 mg. My mother has stomach fullness and gas like problem since last 4 months and doctor told that this gas problem is due to heart related.  Ultrasound of abdomen is normal. Due to this doctor told us to do stress test. Is above 2D echo report is normal for 65 age female. Is stress test is necessary ?

Hello Hope you are doing well. I have a query regarding my BP. I have an anxiety issue but it's under control now but sometimes it happens if I am angry or i fight with someone. I am taking olmezest 10 mg for my BP as coz of my anxiety my BP fluctuates a lot. Now my question is day time after taking the medicine etc my BP is normal but sometimes in the evening it goes to 141/90 or 150/95. If I go from one room to another and if I check after sometime it comes to 132/82 128/80. Is it normal for BP to fluctuate like this. My breath changes when I start taking BP and I feel anxious that the number might come high. Does this changes the BP reading? Even sometimes I feel woozy and sometimes blurry vision but doctor said that might be due to my spondylitis. I get anxious even thinking about any heart issue or BP. Family history Mom: High BP Dad: Diabetic and heart patient. Recently I have gained weight also but I am into sports and is active. Will be doing basic blood tests soon.

I did 2d echo in Jun25 heart pumping 60%,hav Mild Av scelorisis and Mild Lvconch.no thyroid issue Tsh is 3.3,Lipid in Jun25 was T.cholestral 140,hdl 38,ldl 101,triglycerides 91 in Jun2025 Hba1c in 2024 -5.6,average radom sugar 110 to 135 mostly 120 .on no sugar med. B12 was 278 in Jan19 taking 1500mcg tabs since,till today so will be up.D3was 70 in July last Yr. I walk 30 mins a day plus stay on 3rd floor without lift n currently unemployed due to health issues married I reach my sonnto school n back daily so that 10 mins activity also. But not getting 7 hrs full sleep just break as wake once at night for toilet but sleep late by 1 or 1 45am.weight 133kgs n on telmah morning and metxl50 night 12 hrs gap n on ecospirin 75.alsl have controld digi bp monitor on that average earlier before with  telmizen h  was 145.80 (160.90 on docs monitor)after m on telbicure h n metxl50 showing 133.73 & nt chkd wt doc
