Hi, I am facing issue to reduce weight, my face is became round which is making me depressed..I don't eat much still gained lots of weight, I walk other than that no exercise I am able to do..because I get body pain ,tiredness ,breathless feeling..I really want to lose weight please help me out ..I have pcod/pcos issue. No thyroid, nothing I have , still gaining lots of weight.

Am on metformin and sitagliptin for diabetes. Can I use glp 1 for weight loss for a short duration for around 10 kgs. Have tried dieting and working out but no result

Due to gaining weight very fast in every 6 months, I am seeking guidance if Ozempic or Munjaro can be help. Since my routine gets me too occupied and touching 96kg I feel very low on energy. This is adversely effecting health and sexual aspects. Despite medication, sugar levels are in range of 200-280.

Do I need to start any medication (like statins) at this stage? 2. Should I do any additional tests (LDL, HDL, ApoB, etc.)? 3. Is lifestyle modification enough for now? Hi i am 26 years old this starterd in 2024 one random day i had a pain in my left side of chest and hand i went to emergency they performed ecg and said normal but pain was still there after few weeks in SEPTEMBER 2024 i did 2d echo which was called normal by my doc but pain still lasted then in December 2025 i did MY TMT TEST which was again called normal m attaching both test below please have a look and what can be the next step for me as the pain still last just left chest left hand left shoulder

Hi i'm 30 years old active male. I have different readings in both arms like 130-85 in right arm and in left i got 140 or 145/95 . My left arm diastolic is constantly above 90. Is that a lifestyle issue ? Now i'm taking readings in left arm. I have anxiety issue to btw.

My father undergone bypass surgery on 28th April but till now he didn't passed urine only 20ml so far passed and after 2 post dialysis also urine not passed.He is having CKD with high creatinine of 8 and under gone renal stenting  before 1month of bypass heart surgery.Never underdone any dialysis before the bypass surgery just before one day did dialysis to low creatinine level and did the surgery and post surgery till now 2 dialysis done but urine still not passed and during dialysis saturation is becoming low.can anyone suggest what to do in this situation and when urine can get passed?

Hi i have thyroid for 5 years. Before one month my tsh become High 7.7 my doctor suggested me 125mg thyronorm after one month I feel fast heart beat i checked my tsh now tsh is 0.3 my doctor told because of high dose i became hyperthyroidism so now as me to take 100 mg thyronorm .is it correct dose for my current tsh please guide me i have attached my before and after report am i confusion
