My Ecg normal, echo normal(ef65%), but tmt was positive, coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance just one year ago.calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report too, hs crp value 0.48,, HDL 64, ldl 54, tg 42, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), creatinine 0.72, bp remains low most of the time between 109-112 /65-75, pulse rate normally 64 bpm. I feel discomfort and tightness  like feeling just a Aligned to the left chest nipple to the flank of the left chest while walking, feel palpitation type of sensations while i start walking or stand up from sitting position. Non diabetic, non smoker, non alcoholic. I walk 30 minutes every day. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? Please help doctor, i am very anxious.

Hlo doctor I Had a normal ICA (0% stenosis). Prior CTCA, multiple ECGs during pain, and Trop tests also all normal. But I still get classic angina-type — chest heaviness/tightness, L arm + jaw discomfort, occasional sharp pain, and a strong uneasy feeling. These don’t follow typical CAS/spasm pattern (not early-morning/rest onset). Tried Nicorandil, Sorbitrate (SL), gastric + anxiety meds — minimal benefit. With a normal ICA + normal tests, what could be the cause of these angina-like sx? My family doc thinks its somatic disorder

Hello Doctor, I am a 25-year-old female. My recent pre-employment ECG showed T-wave abnormality – anterior ischemia. I also have intermittent chest heaviness, tightness, palpitations with fast heartbeat on climbing stairs, and delayed recovery. Occasionally, I feel pricking chest discomfort, anxiety, and dehydration. Additionally, I have been experiencing burning sensation while urinating for a long time. Recent urine tests showed pus cells, suggesting a possible infection. My recent blood tests also show an absolute eosinophil count of ~743. Could you please advise how significant my ECG finding is at my age and what further evaluation I should do and also one more thing wanted to share there's one more lady with me for the ecg her also same issue y-wave abnormality came in the reports so is this a machines fault or just an conincidence???? Don't know what to do like i am very scared of all this

Non diabetic, non smoker, non alcoholic. Facing chest discomfort just aligned to left chest nipple while walking sometime and a bit of palpitation type feeling frequently. My question is, is there any problem in my heart? Why do i face such  problems? What is the remedy? From the above report do i need another coronary angiogram even this year?? I live a very disciplined life, and walk briskly 40 minutes every day. Please help me out.

My mother age 68 has been suffering from high BP , for the last 10 days as a winter increase , her bp is uncontrolled, she was taking Cilacar T then doctor changed a Met XL TRIO 50 mg but in evening bp rises up to 180/105 Now the doctor also added amlong 5 mg at 2 PM yesterday her bp remained normal all over the day Actually she is feeling tinnitus and brain fog from last 4 yrs when tinnitus occurs, bp also increases While all test of heart is normal
