A high TSH together with low T4 and T3 is a hypothyroid pattern. This commonly raises cholesterol, triglycerides and hs-CRP the way yours are, and it also fits with your breathlessness and irregular periods. The high B12 and lymphocytes matter far less here.
Next Steps
This needs a repeat thyroid panel and a thyroid antibody test to confirm it. Starting thyroid treatment under a doctor's guidance usually brings the lipid and hs-CRP numbers down over a few months too.
Health Tips
Please see an endocrinologist or physician soon for this. See a gynaecologist as well if your periods stay irregular once your thyroid is treated.
