Heart Problems & Remedies

Recently she was diagnosed with blockage after she experienced chest and back pain. Initially we thought it was gas pain. Now I do not have the details of medicine prescribed by cardiologist but can I give oxygen from oxy99 can if she is breathless? Can I give her cherry and beetroot in daily diet? Doctor has said that 95% blockage after echo. Is it possible to say so? What course of action and diet do you advice?

In Feb'26  I got stressed out and became very anxious. I was put on Concor 2.5mg. All test 2D Echo and ECG were done and normal. Then at the same time I developed a UTI infection and after I got better I was put on Concor 5T as in the doctor office my BP went 150/100 whereas at home it has been 115-145/72-86 in that range, Now my BP is always between 110-118/62-76. I have been taking Concor 5T since a month now. Can I reduce and completely stop the medication as I never had BP before in my life, only during the time of my anxiousness it went up and only whenever my BP is checked at a doctor's place it goes up with the fear.

Doctor, I’ve been experiencing the following symptoms: 1. My heart beats rapidly and also throat carotid pulse beating rapidly.  2. I get goosebumps on my left arm.  3. I feel tingling and twitching in the veins/nerves of my left arm, neck, shoulder, back, and sometimes my cheek and eyebrow. 4. When I wake up after lying down, it feels like something is moving from the veins in my shoulder toward my chest, like a worm running through the veins.  Whar is this? My blood pressure stays at 160/95 and it causes dizziness/breathlessness/shakiness/numbness and extreme weakness. I tried taking lower mg (Telmikind 20 mg) but my blood pressure goes up again in the evening so I switched to 40 mg as advised . I take it every morning at 9AM and just recently my blood pressure went up at night even while on medication and I didn't get better so I had to take another pill. And after few days also same thing happened but I decided not take another tablet and my pressure went down after 2.5 hours. So the thing is even though I take medication every morning my blood pressure tends to rise in the evening and it lasts for minutes to hours . I've been on strict diet too , cutting down on salt , no oil , no meat except for fish and no junk foods etcs. I do light exercises almost everyday. One thing that also concerns me is that I get sudden extreme sleepiness in the afternoon or evening. I almost fainted few times too. Please what could be the reason.

Iam suffering from chest pain with left arm pain and chest tightness with nausea lightheadness and excessive burping for the past 4 weeks first I went to doctor a d I got gastritis tablets then I took for four days I got OK then after two weeks it started again with excessive burping agin I visited doctor and I took gastritis tab it went normal then after few days it started again I went to doc and I took tab gastritis for three days and again it started after one week I again visited doctor I'm between during my first visit I took ecg during my first visit four weeks back which is normal and then today I took trop t test which is negative so I feel OK that it is not heart attack but I don't know do you think it's gerd or heart attack
