Heart Problems & Remedies

This question is for my elder brother, 54 years age. For the past few months there has been a little impulse pain in the chest. BP is 150/90. No fatigue or breathing problem. Eye below is puffy in the morning. No other problem. SGPT is 41. 1. Normal range is 6 to 40. So as a precaution got ECG, CBC and Lipid Profile done . Two Attachments Enclosed here. ECG, CBC, Lipid Profile Enclosed. Is everything Ok. Please interpret ECG report and enclosed CBC and Lipid Profile. Weight is 90 Kgs Please Guide and advice  Thanks Two Attachments Enclosed. ECG and Blood reports as mentioned.

Hi doctors my brother drunk and hospitalised and doctors done ecg and showed some graph which i can't understand can you please check whether he is ok or he have serious issue graph is attached

My total cholesterol level is 203mg/dl.. I don't have any other parameter numbers like HDL or LDL.. Please let me know what this number denotes? And should I go for another test or what are the precautions and subsequences of this ?

How frequent should i do an ECG and does ECG show If there is any issue with heart. I am 33 years old and want to know what tests can show any heart problem

My hs crp level came 2.5 and made me bit worried is it concerning (rest lipid kft lft cholestrol sugar,testosterone .. all ok), i do gym and sports seems ok no issue as such , i am currently having allergies and sore throat, cough or gym exercise can it affect test as i am having ED whIch i am trying to improve by lifestyle changes i was more worried if both are related

I had stomach upset all of sudden staying alone no took online consulting.dr gave O2 took same 29.10.25 evening next day morning. Next day morning 6 vomit went to MD since ibs patient he stop O2 started rifaximin and wbc 22800 .so did USG 31.10.25 evening ...went to MD again on 01.11.25 he stop rifaximin based on earlier culture of July which also had cystitis and acinetobacter bacteria gave doxyclinine and ofloxacin 400 which was sensitive in July culture so ask to stop rifaximin 400 after 5tablet taken and ask my urologist whom I consulted on 31.10.25 evening he told I am out of town so take zifi cv 200 which next day MD told to.stop after taking Two tablet since given.doxy1ldr forte and ofloxacin 400 Question: doctor changes antibiotics often without.full.course completion if antibiotics are shuffle and not stop base on doctor change to severe condition does it leads to.resistance or not ? And that resistance would be for uti infection bacteria or whole body?? Await reply Thanks

I have undergone open heart surgery on 2009 was on medication nebicard 2.5 mg but by mistakly I have taken 12 nebicard in 12 days which was expired I came to know today that medication got expired on June 2025 . Kindly suggest

Hello doctor, For the past few days my resting heart rate is 55-65 bpm. Yesterday in the clinic it was 55 bpm The doctor said it was normal no need to worry. I used to search a lot about health in google so I'm worried about it. Also my weight is 92kgs what could be the reason if it is not due to heart. Doctor didn't say for ecg or anything in few days it will be alright he said.

I occasionally wake up with extreme chest tightness and pressure middle of the chest. Movement becomes difficult and painful. Pain doesn't spread anywhere else and goes off in few hours. Usually it is observed only when sleeping under AC. My past/family history - I do have acidity and cold-cough issue on and off. My dad had heart attack. Please advise why is it happening and what should I do to solve this.
