HIGH CRP AND HOMOCYSTEINE
Recently I checked my blood report after my first week of strength training where my Hscrp and homocysteine is quite of 3.51 & 37 respectively and others cardiac are normal like lipid profile is normal and also the apolipo is Also normal and my vitamin b12 is in border and also vitamin b9 is very low.
