Dear Doctors, small intra-cardiac echogenic focus found during the anomaly scan and my quadruple marker test being screen negative, which week would be the most appropriate for the fetal echocardiography – 21 weeks or 24 weeks? Is it risk small intra cardiac echogenic focus to baby.

I have sudden anexity attack with palpititions and I consult a cardiologist and he gave me echo and ECG and echo shows mild pah and then I am more anexious after seeing that and gone to Pulmonologist and done echo from same lab after 3 months and it get backs to normal please interpret my reports...

Iam getting fast heart beat when iam sleeping,vibration sensation left side only for 1 week .doctor done 2d echo.it shows these conditions. Plz check.is it serious.im  planning pregnancy. Doctor gave 1month tablet proponol hydrochloride long lasting tablet.is it serious.

My ECG, TMT, Echo normal. I have portable ecg monitor also. Why I feel left side pain come and go. burning, sometimes shock kind, sometimes bone stiffness. Lipid, D, B12, Iron, Calcium, KFt, Lft all are normal. I m occasional smoker, normaly it happens after cold wind, meal, or changing position. could not rule out the cause. This is happening from many years. Sometimes sharp.

I have been having this issue regularly from past 2 years. Every hour of the day, i have this weird tingling all over my body, sometimes its on left hand, sometimes its on left chest, sometimes my legs are numb and I feel restless (maybe because of overthinking). But if I am using phone now my left hand will have the tingling problem, like the veins are pumping, a little heaviness on the left chest. I am under no medications, done zero tests. I have a sinus issue of which I take care by wearing masks regularly, then from few months I have this acid reflux problem but that is it. I am looking to consult a right doctor or do the required tests for the problem but not sure who to see and what to do! I really want to solve this issue.

Hello sir Mujhe 2 sal se chest pain hai kbhi bich me kabhi left kabhi right .. beth ke uthne se thud sa feel hota hai chest me. And sham k time hi ghabrahat hoti hai pura din thik rehti hai . Raat ko sote waqt jab bhi sou to bp badh jata hai 5 echo 5 tmt kara chuka but kuch nhi aata kal ke echo kara umse mild mr aya but mere cardio  keh rahe hai ye normal hai report . Mujhe kya karna chahiye tmt ok hai kal ka

Hello Doctor i was having little pain for a moment and my heart rate goes more then140+ which is automatically came down even pain after having a cup of tea as i have already anxiety issues I rushed to the ER After ECG shows some abnormalities, Should i go for next steps coz my echo are normal,is there any serious issue please advise
