He is feeling lack of energy he is feeling weak and his stool is constipated he is doing is stool once in 3 days

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positive  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.28, apoa1 is 143, apoB is 47 HDL 57, ldl 55, tg 40, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hba1c 5.6 done all tests in june '26 Almost Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Is it life threatening? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank u

My mother was admitted in Narayana hospital Bangalore on 27th May. She underwent open heart surgery for valve replacement. But after a day she suffered stroke which led to left limb weakness. She was on ventilator for 8 days after which she was successfully weaned with the help of tracheostomy and put on minimal oxygen support. Doctors were planning for rehabilitation. But everything went haywire all of a sudden. Wound infection and pus discharge at her chest incision was seen. Now doctors suggested debrediment surgery followed by three sessions of Vaccum assisted therapy and plastic surgery to cover the wound. I am scared because she also has pneumonia with high count. Is there any hope?

Heart pumping (EF 42%) कम है। Mild Mitral Regurgitation (MR) मौजूद है। Liver enzymes (SGOT/SGPT) बढ़े हुए हैं। Hemoglobin थोड़ा कम है। 12 Khana kya khaana chahiye???m Paani kitna per day litre peena hai aur khana paani dono milkar same amount hona chahiye paani ka ye dono clear kar dijiye

BP readings are in between 130-140... I've done 2d echo ecg ... I've images of it can you help me to understand?

Dr through sthetscope checking if find no problem in heart than there is no early heart stage failure or cardiomyopathy

I've had 3 ECGs repeatedly all have shown inferior ST wave, and my heart rate at rest in on the higher end of 80-90. Is it possible I may have a disease or am I fit? I have run 10km before without any problems, but these new findings are alerting me.

My heart rate is generally on a higher side due to weight. However since last few days my heart rate while working in office is between 60-65. I feel dizzy frequently but itsjust for seconds mostly. And during sleep it is going as low as 52.is it normal?
