I had weight gain problem form 2023 I test around 8 time TFT but always tsh is normal but total t4 always lie between 4.5 to 5 and total t3 always lie between 0.73 to 0.92 but with all 8 TFT test i check free t4 also which came always normal only weight gain problem very easily with normal diet also is total t4 low weight gain reason not any symptoms but from childhood I had fatty body type yesterday free t4 was 1.32 and  total t4 5.2 and tsh 0.92 and total t3 0.90

I have severe knee pain and current going for physiotherapy treatment but dark patches are seen on my ankle joint causing severe pain.i am confused whether it is cellulitis,peripheral artery disease or varicose veins.please suggest

My cholesterol is above the normal range. Should I take Atrovastine 20 lifelong. My angiography is clear but on ramp walking I feel slightly uncomfortable in the centre of lungs

Doctor, my Lp(a) is high: 113 mg/dL. Other cardiac markers: Total Cholesterol 176, LDL 103.6, HDL 54, Triglycerides 92, ApoB 82.1, ApoA1 144, ApoB/ApoA1 ratio 0.57, hs-CRP 1.5 mg/L. HbA1c 5.2% and fasting glucose 79. I sometimes feel palpitations but no chest pain or breathlessness. Please guide how serious this Lp(a) is, what LDL/ApoB target I should maintain, and whether I need any medicine (statin/ezetimibe/PCSK9) or tests like ECG/2D Echo/TMT.

Sometimes have pain in my left side and then I feel dizzy and my mouth becomes dry. Is this due to gas? I had my reports done and my lipid profile was all fine. I don't know why this happens..

My age is 40 , my height is 152 and current weight is 75, I am housewife. I need to loss weight atleast by 10kg. Don't want to follow any diet, we had outside food once in 10 days ( mostly it was dosa,maharashtrian food, chat or rarely pizza burger).I had c section in 2015 , I have one boy only. My period are regular. I have no medication going on , my B12 , vitamin D are little low and cholesterol is at borderline. Is any medication for weight loss .
