Mild attack symptoms

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I feel fast breath with chest pain nd left arm pain which radiates towards back I got this symptoms fir the past four years it will occur maximum 4 days a week this pain lasts more than one hour last few days suddenly I didn't sleep I felt excess burping and little chest tightness with left arm pain I thought it is acid reflux but I don't know do you think iam having mild attack

Most likely acid reflux only but get a basic cardiac evaluation done in the form of ecg, echo and a TMT tests to rule out cardiac involvement
