Chest pain and Chest tightness.

Three weeks back in mid afternoon 4pm I started feel like pain and tightness in mu chest with left pain and lighteadedness shortness of breath and vomiting with burping. I vomited and went to bathroom I felt dizzy it was OK only after drinking ors then I went to hospital I took ecg it is normal cbc and thyroid test everything is normal then doctor gave me ulcer tablets after that I took it for three days even is normal I went to my home town then again after two weeks I started feel like same I didn't sleep for whole night burping chet tightness and pain with left arm pain with lightheadedness then again I went to hospital I took gastric tablets for three days again it started I went to another doctor same ulcer tablet he wrote but I don't do you think iam suffering g from mild heart attack or gastritis
