Chest pain. It's gerd or heart attack!

Iam suffering from chest pain with left arm pain and chest tightness with nausea lightheadness and excessive burping for the past 4 weeks first I went to doctor a d I got gastritis tablets then I took for four days I got OK then after two weeks it started again with excessive burping agin I visited doctor and I took gastritis tab it went normal then after few days it started again I went to doc and I took tab gastritis for three days and again it started after one week I again visited doctor I'm between during my first visit I took ecg during my first visit four weeks back which is normal and then today I took trop t test which is negative so I feel OK that it is not heart attack but I don't know do you think it's gerd or heart attack
