Mild chest and back pain
For the past few weeks I've been having pain in the centre and the bottom-left side of my chest, as well as all across my back and some parts of my neck. It's very noticeable at night, and I have it pretty much all the time now when I didn't a few months ago. I don't have the best lifestyle (vaping + minimal exercise) but I want to know if this is indicative of something serious, as it causes me a lot of anxiety. Also, my family does have a history of heart and lung issues. Is it worth having it checked out?

As per your description, it sounds more like a muscular pain. You may consult a general physician or cardiologist for further evaluation and management of the same. No need to worry.
