I'm 97.6 KG and haven't been diagnosed with a condition before but I also haven't visited a doctor before and my diet and physical habits have been very poor in the last 3 years. BP  generally remains 100  65  to 117 75. Sometimes mostly in evening it is around 125  85 DOES it require change in medicine.

Recently I have taken ecg and it shows sinus bradycardia after checking it in Google i am getting all the symptoms like dizziness. I am suffering with anxiety for last 4 days. I am obsessed too. But my cardiologist doctor adviced no issue in my heart everything is fine. But my brain always thinking negative and bad. Ecg tmt echo normal but this chest heaviness very annoying its not leaving me went to psychiatrist he gave me PEXEP CR 12.5 in night and terafol plus in day but m very confused do i really need psychiatrist or ENT or cardiologists as i have alot of mucus stuck in my throat always from 2 years

Taking this medicine last 30days for high BP but muscles pain dizziness sleepiness etc their which is best medicine with no side effects ???
