I m 44 years female, height 5'4 weight 96kgs. Having pcos. I have tried lots of diet but nothing works for me. I do excercise regularly. But weightloss is not happening. I just want to start weightloss injection so atleast I get some push to lose weight. I need consultation about these medicine plan

My tsh levels are elevated. 7.4 The doctor hasn't prescribed me any meds yet. But I am experiencing extreme fatigue,hairfall, anxiety. All my other reports are normal except my tsh levels. Please advise if I can do anything without meds.
