Left side chest pain and and dizziness

Asked for Female, 33 Years

33-year-old female has been experiencing chest pain for the last 5 months. A 2D Echo and TMT were performed 3 months ago, and the reports were normal. However, she still occasionally experiences left-sided chest pain along with sudden episodes of dizziness (chakkar) and excessive sweating. Could you please advise on the next steps and whether any further evaluation or tests are required?

As recent echo and TMT normal,cardiac cause is mostly ruled out.A holter for atleast 48 hrs should be done to rule out any rhythm related issue.Also get neurologist opinion.
