Pulse rate always higher

Hi I do have high BP and take medicines. It's under control with medicines. I do measure the BP once in a few weeks at home just to check.  Whenever I check my BP, it also shows my pulse rate and it's always higher. Around 100-120. Then I will sit down for a while and keep checking it for a few minutes. It will show up 100-110.  Never goes down below 100. I asked my doctor about this during my visits and he said it's ok. During my visits, they do check vitals and pulse rate will be around 90-100.  They were never concerned about it at all. I am 40 years old and obese.  Does this pulse rate normal or need to be checked out? Do I need to sit down for sometime before checking the pulse rate? I just simply stand and check it sometimes with pulse meter.

Hi doc i am 37 male , My recent ECG report shows poor R-wave progression in the anterior leads. I wasn’t experiencing chest pain, but I have been having episodes of dizziness, a tingling sensation, and sweating. About 20 days ago, my ECG was normal. I also have a history of high blood pressure and anxiety. Should I be concerned about this finding, and what further evaluation would you recommend? My dr says its normal don't need to worry and give me anxiety pills after that i feel absolutely normal. But i am anxious its not going out of my mind. I have history of anxiety and panic attacks. Don't want to go into that loop again. Everyone saying its normal. Please help

Taking Linvas ( Saroglitazar 4 mg) daily

Hello, I got a routine full body checkup and most of the reports were normal. Except, lipid Profile. Triglycerides and LDL were elevated and fibroscan confirmed fatty liver too. Since then I am taking Saroglitazar 4 mg and it's more than 3 months. I don't have any symptoms and everything looks normal. I am afraid about the side effects of saroglitazar. I am an obese person with 95kg body weight. Can this medicine cause heart problems? Can this medicine cause dependency or diabetes on withdrawal? Can this medicine increase my body weight ? Please help.
