Recently done chest x ray and echocardiography for right side chest pain while breathing...I am attaching echo report..

Having heaviness and pain in center of chest . Not sure if it is gas or something serious. Please advice.

My lipid profile test report.. Cholesterol Total- 220 Triglycerides -105 HDL cholesterol - 63 LDL CHOLESTEROL -136 VLDL cholesterol -21 Non HDL CHOLESTEROL -157 Please advise 🙏I am at risk or not... Can LDL be lower through diet or physical activity ?

Doctor, I have been having burning sensation in my stomach for many days and today I am feeling very intense burning sensation in my chest. I have been eating spicy and outside food for many days. Iahve exertional chest and arm pain from last 3 years,, during climbing stairs , walking fast ,, pain stops in seconds when i stop activity .. underwent tmt and stress echo last month both were normal.. even had chest pain during tmt itself,, still it was normal.. i am 36 year old 55 kg with no bp sugar but milt dyslipidemia.. Whom should i consult next.. very anxious with no diagnosis so far..

Urgent review required. Just got. Master health checkup of my elder brother 54 years old. Most of the things are good but Lipid Profile figures are complex. Enclosed one attachment of lipid profile. Please help. Other figures that looks bold are: MCV 12.90, PDW 15.70, PLCR 46.40, SGOT 37.3, SGPT 55.1. Rest all good. His BP is 140/90. Last month his LDL was 126 Please Guide and review. Hi, my husband's ecg showing pvcs despite using flecarite 100 mg twice daily and sotalol 80 mg once from 6 months, still ecg showing pvcs, echo is normal, electrolytes normal, no alcohol and smoking, reducing weight also. No diabetes. What could be the reason for this pvcs.

I am 18 year old and I am diagnosed with hypertention and currently taking treatment from aiims bathinda and they give me medicine named Metolar TL 50 with salt Telmisartan 40 mg  + Metoprolol Succinate 50 mg after taking this medicine for 45 days and visited two times .  I stop geting fully erections for first 6 to 8 days I did not thought about it but after watching porn one day  I still not getting full erection is this side effect of my medicine and I need to tell my doctors about this or not please explain  . As now about 25 days have passed and 5 days are left for my next visit . Do I need to tell my doctors about this or not or this normal while taking this medicine

Kindly suggest me I feel pain in my left jaw and neck when I shout too much.. and then slowly it goes away I am very worried whenever I shout too much then the pain radiates
