Hi I am 24 year male patient i have chest pain for more than 4 years my ecg and echo colour Doppler. Are Normal and I have visited to many doctor and cardiologist also but my chest pain is still there consumed many medicines also can anyone suggest me the good doctor or advice I am very much affected due to this.....

Have mild pain almost first or second bone of ribs from few days...not more ..is it ok neglect or concerned

I was having some dizziness and headache. Doctor prescribed me ECG. Please check my ECG, especially q waves in lead III, II and aVF.

Dr. i have history of heart flutters since last 3 yrs almost. Did holter test 2 yrs ago, ecg earlier and ecg echo this yr in feb, all normal. My Dr gave me anti anxiety meds, but I have not started since I have tour job. Now I keep getting this flutters once or twice in 2-3 days. Today while travelling in car, was sitting after meal when I got a very hard flutter and during that time I also felt some sensation in head and chest. Became normal in few seconds. I am unable to find the real cause of these issues since last 3 years. Please review carefully and provide some direction of treatment so that I can get some clue about this and discuss with my local Cardiologist.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo normal(ef65%), but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48,, HDL 64, ldl 54, tg 42, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), creatinine 0.72, bp remains low most of the time between 100-107 /65-75, pulse rate normally 54- 62 bpm. I feel discomfort and tightness  like feeling & pain on the left chest & upper chest while walking  moreover feel palpitation type of sensations when i wake up in the morning sometime. I walk 30 minutes every day. Non smoker, non alchoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? Please help doctor, i am very anxious. How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

I was totally fine even with 30 bmi. But suddenly one day after gym I feel palpitations (ponding sensation) and immiditately I consult a cardiologist and say all of this and he says it's from anexity ( pr98) and high BP(160/90) he suggests me to lose my weight and give me ECG and ECHO (Doppler). I am a patient of Hypothyroid from previous 9 years now my age is 20. After my result ECG normal and Echo all things are clean but TR- trivial, TRPG- 41mmhg, pr-present , result - normal lv systolic function, Mild pulmonary arterial hypertension. But doctor says don't look at this number all things is fine and give me cliplar la 40 for 20 day and cliplar la 20 10 days but I am very anexious and I seen it's a non curable disease and it had higher mortality, please suggest me what can I do now ...

My father is 55 year old doctor clinic BP was 170/100 at home BP was omron BP machine  average is 150/90 Recent test HbA1c- 6.1 PP was 206 , KFT - Normal, Lipid- Normal with HDL - 39.5 , LFT -Normal. ECG shows LVH Please see the prescription and medicine. Is this good management at this stage also doctor started Deplatt-AV 10 with hypertension and diabetes medicine Can you please suggest?

Last night I checked my pulse (heart beat) as there was a slight back pain, it was 57 and now i have a range of 90-100 from morning till evening is it normal Ecg, echo, lipid profile everything fine

For sinus surgery dctr prescribed to do ecg . I have done but i got boarderline ecg. Once pls go through the waves of ecg and tel is thr any abnormalities
