My dr.started rosuless 10 but I have muscle pain morning to evening i connected with doctor one day skip rosuless cause next day im going to doctor

During pregnancy my wife developed bp and continued after baby delivery. When consulted doctor prescribed Prolomet AM 25 as her resting heart rate was also above 100. Now after 2.5 years, her blood pressure is aroun 130-135 by 80-85 but the heart rate will be around 90 to 105. She forgets to take tablet and I am wondering if she needs to continue the same medicine or can be stopped?

My BP is on the higher side 150/100 from past 1 month. Before that it was always normal. We are thinking that it gets normalised with its own, but it doesn't. Should I visit the doctor.

My overall body structure is such that my stomach and face appear larger, while my arms and legs are of normal size. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh 96 kg. My stomach area feels slightly hard. I don't drink or smoke .

I recently did a full body blood checkup and my hs crp shows 3.85 As I see online this level is considered high risk and for heart disease and may signal other underlying conditions causing inflammation. Is it a cause for concern and what if anything I should do about it?

My blood pressure is 160/80 im taking telteltrio 160/80 b.p.is night and morning b.p.is 140/90 Please solve this problem

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 3 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48,, HDL 64, ldl 54, tg 42, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), creatinine 0.72, hb1c 5.2. bp remains low most of the time between 100-115/65-84, pulse rate normally 54- 89 bpm. I feel discomfort and tightness & heaviness like feeling & pain on the left chest & upper chest while walking  & atsometime at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.walk everyday. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached.

In two different echo centre .. One always note LA aize 40 mm One always note 34-35 mm What ? Which one is correct After checking Both echoa cardiologist said..both report normal Don't think..but how.. It is not normal to forget Please guide 4 years ago it found 32 mm One one echo found 2.9 mm 10 months back
