24 hr Holter for palpitations.
I did 24 hr Holter for palpitations. My palpitations come only when I lie extreme forward and i get 5-6 ectopic beats while lying forward. Report is attached and so is palpitation ECG channel. Please doctor check it. The Holter says PSVT. Please give a look at it.

Transient svt can be ignored.Also oral medication can be started for some time and to see if symptom stops.
If it's repeated and hampering day to day activity,then we need to do a EP study in cathlab and if required will have to do RF ablation.
You will have to meet cardiologist who do EP studies.
