Ecg is normal
Better to get an echo and holter to look for any PSVT or structural problems in heart (looking at ecg, there is no pointers to structural heart disease.) More looking like psvt, get an ecg during palpitations,OR if the palpitations occur everyday then get an holter.
Routine investigations like CBC and TFT(thyroid function tests) are also recommended
