Patient History: The patient is a post-operative coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) patient, approximately 1 year post-surgery. Recent Hospitalization: One week ago, she presented with acute nausea. She was admitted to the hospital where her original bypass surgery was performed. Over a 3-day admission, diagnostic workups including comprehensive blood tests were conducted, all of which reportedly returned within normal limits. She was subsequently discharged 2 days ago. ​Current Acute Symptoms: Within the last 24 hours (starting last night), the patient has developed new-onset neurological symptoms. These include a persistent tingling sensation ("pins and needles") and numbness localized to specific areas, including the periorbital region (around the eyes), the lips, and the head, which she describes as affecting her full body.

Hello doctor Recently I was checking my BP and two times I got an irregular heartbeat sign on an electronic machine. Though my BP was 111/68 with 68 heart rate. Is there anything to worry about. Nothing as such any symptoms and I am on mild medication for high BP (olmezest 10 mg) due to my anxiety issues. Now my anxiety is under control. Kindly advice.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 57, ldl 55, tg 40, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.5 done all tests in June '26 Everyday I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

Hi. My name is Mounika. I am 28 years old. I have been experiencing chest pain in middle sometimes left of the chest sometimes along with left arm pain. The left arm pain almost stays all the day but the chest pain comes sometimes and lasts for seconds and goes away. I got ct angio two years ago and normal. I also done tmt and echo multiple times it's normal. Last three months ago also I got echo and tmt done which was normal. From a couple of weeks I have been experiencing pain under my left breast like upper abdomen left below breast. Sometimes it comes as pain last for seconds and goes most of the times it's pressure like. Something like a balloon filled i don't know how to express but it's less of a pain and more of a pressure. I am worried if it's cardiac. Should I get another tmt done or since three months ago it's normal can I be assured this is non cardiac. Please answer is my tmt valid three months ago or should I repeat because of this new pain.

Hi, my father had apical hocm simce he was 27 . He got icd at 62. I am 38 with multiple echos mormal with IVS 10 mm. Gone theu cardiac mri with contrast its LGE negetive but says mild asymetrical IVS upto 13 mm . No symptoms . Do i have hcm? And how likely it can advance. Echoes never show hcm.
