Chest heaviness

Asked for Male, 43 Years

Fealing chest heaviness from 2 days it comes almost each month , visit an emergency doctor ,but as per doctor all are good only gas problem , done ECG and give gas injection I have attached a picture please clear any issues my ecg showing enlarged PtfV1.
