Iam living sedentary life style for the past 4 to 5 years sometimes I daily did exercises sometimes I didn't and also I didn't sleep properly at night my food timing also bad so that I started experiencing cardiac disease like symptoms few weeks back but I went to hospital I took gastritis tab it looks normal then again two weeks after same excessive burping chest tightness head lightheaded Ness happened again I went to hospital I took gastritis it looks OK I did my ecg it looks normal but I don't it repeats frequently suddenly only left arm pain also occurs with chest pain and tightness I feel it is not gastritis it is heart problem do you think iam having cardiac symptoms
